1 This is absolutely the most uninformed, unorganized company that I ever worked for. Every day they make major changes. Scripts are changed, no new leads available to make it through a day. They do not pay your bonus check correctly because they don't have the money. They had closed down three departments while I was there. I was hired for one of those departments and as soon as I started making money, they went to old, cold leads. They do not care about their employees. ALL of the managers except one are Male and they are tight. They make it easy for favorites and do not put time into the rest of their staff. Please trust me, do not waste your time. I was told in December that they would have to open up on more floors and that chaned immediately after I started. They will tell you about these great values that they have and none of them lead by example.
