Emmanuel was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in assisting me with purchasing a vehicle. The dealership went to great lengths to accommodate me. They took the time to shop around and get me a very low interest-rate. I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour and a half. A very pleasant experience from beginning to end. The car service was scheduled very smoothly. When the service was completed and the loaner was returned I took delivery of the car and went home which was about 15 miles away. Just as I was entering my garage, a service light came on saying that the oil level though above the minimum was not where it should have been. I called the dealer and they dispatched a technician to my house to fill up the oil tank. I was very impressed with their attitude and their service which I considered exemplary.

It was a long day to drive from SW Austin to NW Houston and back. Totally worth it. The staff is great. The car is absolutely gorgeous, of course.

We purchased our Boxster here and had a great experience. Although we were buying one of Porsche's least expensive cars, we were treated like we were making a big purchase. The service department has been equally wonderful to work with. We've only had to bring the car in twice and both times had great service. This is the only Porsche dealership for us!

Recently had the 40,000 mile service done on our Boxster. It was the best service experience I’ve had in quite a while. I used to dread taking our BMW to service when we had it so it’s great to be driving a Porsche again.

I’ve done a fair bit of business with most of them, and I don’t expect to buy another new car anywhere other than an Indigo dealership. They just get how to do this correctly.

These guys understand how to treat customers right. Everyone I met delivers great service and with the utmost respect notwithstanding their products are in extremely high demand.

You can tell that these folks care about their job and put a lot of effort into delivering their best everyday.

These people are the best! I wouldn’t care what kind of car they were selling I would still buy from them. Ace a sales manager is great! He’s always helpful, fair and just an overall good person! Maisa helps with the financing and when I work with her it feels like talking to an old friend. She’s sweet and kind and very knowledgeable in what she does. You can tell these people actually care. When you’re spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle this level of service really matters and they will give it to you!

My car had a suspension problem that luckily was covered by my warranty. The customer service I experienced at Porsche was beyond anything I’ve had before. Not only was I given a nice loaner car while mine was being serviced, but I was kept informed on a daily basis about the status of my repair. Lani was amazing and although I hope to not have any additional car problems in the future, it wouldn’t be so bad with an elevated experience like this!
