I would really like to thank Larry in the parts Dept.for going above and beyond by getting me a special part for a 911 that could only be ordered from Porsche in Germany.

Larry made it happen, I spoke to many other Porsche stores in the area and they really could care less about helping me get the part. Larry truly made it happen in a weeks time!

Larry really deserves to be made aware of his excellent service and the commitment to help his clients. We all truly wish there were more people customer service oriented like Larry.

This was literally the worse service I have ever had, took my vehicle there to have it serviced and came back to a completely damaged vehicle. I was treated less than. I immediately replaced my vehicle with a Tesla where the customer service is easily twice as good and I feel like a valued customer

- a customer service rep told me “ it’s not like Porsche of Plano will shut down because of you”

4 hours I waited on an OIL CHANGE for my panamera and still got charged 300$. There’s no reason to come here for your service. Do your research on what oil is best for your vehicle and take it to your local mechanic. An oil change even on a Porsche isn’t worth 4 hours of waiting.

Had a blown tire on my 911 and brought it to Porsche Plano. Everyone in service was very kind and helpful. I received follow up phone calls as to the progress of my repair and also when my car was ready. The car was ready when promised and was washed and ready for me when I arrived. I would use Porsche Plano again for service if needed.

Purchased a used car from Porsche Plano with clean CarFax report shown to me at the time. I paid top dollar for a clean used car. Now when I go to use it for a trade-in, CarFax shows damage on the report.
Dealership issued falsified CarFax Report, My purchase decision was based on the report that was provided prior to purchasing the car. The CarFax report given to me by the dealership had been altered.

I have always had an excellent experience buying/leasing a new car at Porsche Plano. I actually drive further to work with this dealer as they are always able to negotiate a good deal, make sure things are prepared ahead of time, understand my needs, likes, etc and make this a painless experience. Anyone who wants a Porsche in the DFW area should go to Porsche Plano. My sales manager is Mark Laurenzi and he is efficient, excellent at what he does and his knowledge of this amazing product.

Jeremy in Sales gets a SOLID 5 STARS! So, I'm giving the back office just four stars for an issue with my trade-in payoff which took longer than it should have (25 days) because of an incorrect address and having to issue a second check. Jeremy was very sympathetic and kept me apprised with tracking information on the second check, plus he called the lien holder daily until they credited the payoff. Bottom line: Jeremy cares about his customers, not just selling them a car. THANKS, man.

I am giving up on this dealership. I have called 4-5 times over the last few weeks to get a service rep to call me back to schedule an appointment for maintenance and nobody does. Did I make someone mad? I'm on to some place else.

Looking at used car here. They said car was perfect. Car wound up having hail damage. Could not make the deal.
