Portico Kirby, Houston TX

I moved into my apartment at portico Kirby recently and I haven’t had any concerns yet. It’s a really nice place and is in the best location with easy access to so many stores. Thanks to Cieara for helping me along the way. She was able to fix every obstacle I had and had so much patience throughout the process.

So I have recently moved into this apartment complex and I have reach my 30 day stay here. I can say without a doubt that this is by far the best place I have stayed in a long time. New to the Houston area so far there's been a couple places that I have looked into that this is the most reasonable, most valuable and the most convenient you can get with your money without breaking the bank. I have to give my girl Cieara a shoutout. She has made the move so much easier and will work with what ever situation you may be in. She will make sure all your needs are met and if there is something you may not like with the unit you are in she may find another one that suits you even more (second time is the charm!). So thank you Portico Kirby Team and Thank you Cieara keep up the good work!

I just moved to an apartment at portico kirby, it is a beautiful place with a great amenities. Frank one of the manager is the best! He is very friendly and made my move easy, helped and answered my questions! The place has a good security and makes you feel safe.

I loved the treatment and guidance I received from Frank, super attentive and friendly, he answered all my questions, even after they gave me my apartment, highly recommended and very nice facilities in a very quiet and beautiful area,

Predatory Parking/Towing - Came here for a quick visit to a friend and was towed within an hour of being there. There were more open spots than filled spots and minimal signage indicating that guests must park on the top floor (didn't notice these until I went to find my missing car). I understand towing policies if there are capacity issues, but there were more than ample spots on all floors. Ended up having to drive 20 minutes and pay $280 for an hour long visit to a friend.

Love my unit. It is in a a few minutes away from NRG and TMC, resto, museum. It is also in a very great neighborhood. The management and staff are very professional and polite. Sierra also goes above and beyond with my requests as a tenant without waiting for anything in return. She is very attentive with our requests and needs. Highly recommend this apartment.

I love this apartment complex and their efficient team of Rebecca, Ruby, Sierra and Frank! These are efficient and well-kept apartments!

The process was fast and easy, it took about a week to get everything done. The staff at the front desk Cieara was so helpful she made sure I didn’t stress at all! I just signed my lease and now I’m in the series of steps in moving into my own home yay! Thanks once again.

She took her time to show us around, assist with the application and clearly explain our options to us. Our renting experience at Portico Kirby has been good. Location is good. Easy access to TMC by bus. Close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The complex is old but has been renovated. The pool and courtyard look nice. The maintenance is responsive. Also thanks to the property manager Cieara, who helped us from the renting process to a smooth moving in process.

Frank and Ciera have been phenomenal with move-in process. Absolutely excellent team. Thank you all.

I already signed this apartment in my hometown before coming to the US. I was worried because it was a house I had never actually seen, but it was unnecessary worry. I was really surprised after actually seeing Portico Kirby. It is clean, well-maintained, great security, and facilities are well-equipped. There is enough parking space and the elevator works well. The biggest surprise was the swimming pool. Our manager was Frank and we like him so much. Especially he understood our poor English and explained everything. We can live comfortably in the apartment thanks to him. I am very satisfied with the apartment because he is so kind and nice. Don't hesitate this apartment!

I had a good experience at Portico Kirby! The complex has modern facilities that I really liked. I want to thank the property management team, especially Property Manager Cieara, for helping me with reprogramming my access key and patiently answering all my questions. I'm very pleased with their excellent service.

4-year resident here! Simply put, this is a place to call home. Management team is friendly and easy to work with, special shout-out to Rubi, she’s awesome! Maintenance provides service in a timely and effective manner. Property is kept clean and located in such an accessible part of town. Walls are thick, only heard my neighbors a handful of times in 4 years. Parking is plentiful and safe, never had a single security issue. If you’re between Portico Kirby and some other options for a place to live, i’ll save you the contemplation, choose PK!
