Posh Nails and Spa, Southlake TX

The nail tech was very pleasant. However, I asked for a pedicure with gel polish. I must say that it was not the best pedicure I've ever had and it was extremely OVERPRICED! They charged me 20 dollars extra for the gel polish! I would've been happy with paying for it but I can tell you that I did NOT get my 65 dollars worth. It also took 2 hours to get the pedicure. If I'm ever in thar area again. I would most definitely not be visiting this nail salon.

I hate to leave a one star review, but I am hoping this will help others use caution before proceeding with this salon. This was my first and only experience at Posh Nails, and had I known what an experience it would be, I wouldn’t have stopped in.

So, I went in to have length added to my natural nails, as I’m a biter, and a dip manicure. I should have known to leave when I walked in and the salon was entirely empty of other customers.

The process took over TWO hours. I asked for a short length and a neutral color, nothing fancy. The tech doing my nails routinely stopped to ask another tech if what she was doing was correct. I am all for giving people who are learning a chance to get better at something, but it would have been nice to know going in that she was less than experienced and that it would take double the time it usually does.

In addition, I had two spots on my cuticles that were healing from being picked at, yet the tech ran the drill right over them & caused them to bleed. By the end of the appointment, my nails were crooked, the dip was uneven, and after I left, I had to file them into the shape I wanted, since the tech didn’t bother to do so.

I was flabbergasted, but planned to chalk the experience up as a one time thing at a random salon I stopped in at after work. Then, today, two days after I had my nails done, I had not one but two nails completely break off.

I will not be using Posh Nails again or recommending their services.

Amazing experience! I booked appointments on website for three people. I messed up and only two went threw and they were still nice enough to get all three of us taken care of. Amazing service by all staff. Will definitely visit again soon!

I’d give 0, but not an option. Worst place to get nails done, took 2 hours to do a simple dip and they were crooked and shaped horrible. The tech was very rude, not a place I’d recommend or ever go to again! Don’t waste your time or money!

Coming from someone that has seen countless beautiful sets at work coming from posh along with hearing about immaculate service and comfort provided!

Great attention to detail with a great amount of professionalism and comfort to your needs. Absolutely flawless! Paying attention to detail is something I enjoy and believe that posh upholds the best Quality and service a nail salon can offer and gives woman and men exactly what they came in for.

I hate to give this place only three stars. So I've been delaying this review for a few days. But I strive to be honest every time I review a place. So here are my reasons for the three stars.

The girls working on my daughter and I's feet were the sweetest girls ever! They were meticulous and made sure they made our toenails and feet look amazing. The problem is that they took a long time, and so even though we paid for quite a bit of massage time, I really left feeling like I didn't get the proper massage that I usually get with a pedicure. The other interesting thing that was a loss of a star for me was that I walked out of the salon covered in oil. Like it got all over my car and all over my dress. I've never left a pedicure with so much oil on my legs.

If a review was just based on how sweet the girls were and how comfortable the massage chairs were, I would say five stars. But the lackluster massage, The time it took, and being covered with oil as I left, made me feel like I just couldn't give the place five stars.

I got a gel x manicure from Gabby and she did not disappoint.
I showed her a reference picture but gave her artistic freedom to do her design and I’m so happy I did. Definitely my go to nail girl from now on!

The place is clean and the staff is professional they have fun and they do their well if ur just a walk in they are going to seat u quickly and the owner is not sitting back in an office hes on the floor helping live this place

The ladies were very welcoming and friendly. My stylist specifically was nice and talkative. She made me feel good and helped picked my color. They have a variety of colors and will help you pick the one you're looking for. Will definitely be returning for my next set.

Service was great the ladies were nice and professional! The mimosas are sooooooo good! I will definitely be back! Love the atmosphere in there! They said they also do waxing and lash extensions yay! I found my new one-stop shop!

It seems like the place might’ve gotten new owners, because they did some renovations. I went in a few weeks ago for mani and pedi, and although it had gone well for the last 6 months that I’ve been going, this time was different. The staff was very friendly, but my nails were not taken care of properly. The manicure tech didn’t do cuticle care of any kind and the same goes for the pedicure tech. The just buffed and did nail polish. I wasn’t very satisfied with the lack of nail care. But, the staff was friendly.

The only one that I liked in service was Cindy. She understood I only had an hour and did my nails perfect. I called early and place an appointment online yesterday at 1 letting them know I only had an hour and when I arrived they had no one ready for me. I waited half an hour and the lady that did my nails was not even trying to speed up or even did my nails in a presentable manner to begin with. My nails have bumps on them and she said all she needed to do was the top coat which obviously was t the case. I had to leave without them being done was charged most of the job. Not to mention she didn’t even note the time I was coming back to finish my nails so when I did come back she asked me to come back in 45 minutes. The people there don’t wear gloves when doing your nails. They rarely wear mask. And they are never on time. Horrible experience yesterday

I got my nails done by Cindy and Desting, awesome job just like I wanted. Management was great treated me so well, felt valued. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Posh nails in Southlake.

Hands down the best nail salon experience. I’m loving the new upgrades. The nail tech did a beautiful job on my dip nail and pedicure! I’m huge on customer service the entire staff provided excellent customer service.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is fun, friendly and respectful. They also make you feel comfortable. They did my nails exactly as I asked and made sure they looked good! Highly quality work, I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Posh Nails and Spa. The service was magnificent.

This salon was AWESOME! Not only did they have excellent customer service, but my nails were exactly what I asked for. The host was very accommodating and the ambiance of the shop was peaceful. Everything you need for a relaxing service. I’ll be back every week. Thanks!

I always enjoy getting my nails done here. They are always very professional and polite and willing to work around my hectic work schedule, even being okay with staying long after they close to do my nails. I am always happy with what I get from them, and will be returning soon for my birthday set.

I’m so in love! I’ve never loved getting my nails done until today. I was done by 2 ladies back to back and I was soooooo amazed. Every time they’d finish something I thought I was done and when they kept
Going I kept falling more and more in love. I live 40 minutes away but will come here every time! I didn’t get they’re names but they’re amazing! I literally walked in accidentally after getting a cake and was helped immediately. CHECK THEM OUT! So worth it!

One of the best pedicures I have ever had! The attention to detail is above and beyond! The salon is clean and you don't get hit and the face with a "polish" smell! Value for your money too! Everyone is so nice, caring and talented!
