I absolutely loved living at post midtown square for almost 2 years! Shante was so helping and always positive for my move and transfer! No complain whatsoever. The rent is really good compared to super expensive other apartments nearby

This complex has been a Great Community to live in for the past 2 years. I came from the wonderful sister community Post 510. There are lots of eateries and businesses in walking distance. The Leasing office is a team of professionals who go above and beyond their call of duty to accommodate the residents. They would be Crystal, Marivel and Shante who are the Management team. Jurnee, Khallese, Gina and Chase are the wonderful leasing team. The maintenance staff is Excellent. The service team goes above and beyond. Even after standard business hours I may still see them at the community. They never complain and do their job servicing this large property. The service managers Yvan and Ricardo are great.

This is a large complex and there are challenges but the staff continues to follow their daily routine of coming to work everyday and greeting me with a friendly and warm smile. MAA properties hire great employees as the management team has been here since I moved in.

This has been a wonderful place to call home, regardless of the challenges.

My experience at Post has been great from day 1. Everyone in the office is very attentive to any need that I have regarding my apartment. Additionally, all my needs are always met by security and facilities. I would recommend post to any young, 20 something year old working professional, or even someone older that wants to live in the action of Houston.: D special shout-out to Shante in the office! She’s the best.

This complex has been the terrible since move in day. I received a dirty apartment on move in day. The elevator, the garage gates and the gates to enter the complex barely worked, there were frequent maintenance issues and roaches. I’ve had packages opened and stolen from the mailroom. The most recent issue was water leaking into my bathroom from the ceiling, I’ve filed many complaints. The staff could care less, things are always out of their hands. Living here is definitely not worth the trouble!

I enjoyed living here for almost 2 years. I transferred between 2 buildings and Shante and the team helped me out a bunch. I hate so much to leave. You will enjoy Post Midtown Square if you move in. Thanks for everything Post team.

It has been a real pleasure staying here. The location is great, just minutes from the Bayou walking trail. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The office staff is very friendly and courteous. Maintenance generally responds within 1-2 days. Keep up the good work- Shanda and Team!

How can I say this: have you ever met the perfect person? Attractive, funny, really seems like they may be the one. Then the longer you're in that relationship you discover over time they are not what they seem? Looks great on the surface but total social path? That's post midtown. May look good on the surface, but they are the psycho partner you just can't get away from.

This apartment is okay. The location is what carries. The leasing office agents and managers are great. They do a great job. But very mid and something is always broken. They usually fix everything pretty quick. Still just mid

If I could give this place less than one stars I would. If you are renting unit here good luck to you the washers are broken for than a month this place comes with a lot of suffering.cant do it anymore

Great place, office is super friendly and attentive. You will never have to worry about following up, process is easy. 100 percent a hidden gem. Location and amazing personnel made it a no brainer.

After almost a month waiting for the maintenance to fix the washers at building 1 I received an email today saying that they gonna come to fix it next week.ridiculous that's all what I can say every simple problem at this community needs months to get fixed.moving out soon

The only good thing about this apartment complex is the location. Midtown is a great place to live with access to restaurants, bars and the metro a couple blocks away.

With that being said, this apartment comes with a lot of downfalls. The gates are almost never working. I lived here for a year and I don't think there was ever a point where the doors were locked. I went to the gym every morning at 5: 30 and knowing anyone had access to get in was alarming. There was also multiple times I went to the trash room and there was a homeless person in there. I never felt safe! The package room was also never locked. My roommate and I had a ton of packages stolen from us.
The service of the staff is very poor. It seems like they have no sense of urgency and have little to no care about their residents. Getting in touch with the office can take days. Your best bet is to walk in.
In a different review, it said to document EVERYTHING and I can not stress that enough! Save emails, take pictures of everything when you first move in, record phone calls - whatever you possibly can do! We had an inspection a few weeks before moving out and there were no notes. After fully moving out, my roommate and I were charged $1300 for a carpet replacement due to "pet stains. " Very absurd and unnecessary because there was no stain.

The price was good, but maybe not worth it. If you have to live here, just be aware of the downfalls it comes with. If you have the option to live somewhere else for a little more, I would recommend that.
