Postal Plus Copy Center, Richmond TX

I’ve use this place twice and each time I’ve use them my package has gotten lost. Every time I call they say everything gets picked up every single day but that’s not the case. Do not use this location if you have to mail something USPS go to the UPS on Mason where they have excellent customer service.

Very unfriendly place.do not come here. They are not good with customer service. If you request for a drop off receipt, they said they don't do it. If you want a priority mail box, they said it's only for paid customers. I would say u r stupid, because the next time I need to use someone, I would not give my business to you. Other one star review, u guys better believe it. They are on point.

There is no welcoming environment for the store when you are entering. Very rude staffs. I wish someone would take this advice seriously and change their behaviors.
If I could have given them no stars then I would have.

So much Over charged.
They charged $1.00 per one color print sheet.
I suggest finding another place when you need to print papers.

The staff here are so unfriendly. I have been here a few times. Whether it's an older lady, an older man, or the younger girl there, they are all very unfriendly. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. You walk in the door and they look at you as if you are disturbing them. I highly suggest going up the street a little further and using the postal place on Mason near West Bellfort.

Very organized postal center. There is one closer to me, but I always head here. Very nice owners!

Very Well Organize, Consistent, Efficient especially EXCELLENT customer service. Handle all you packages and concern with CARE. They always know who YOU are. First thing that greets you when you walk in is big “SMILE “ that make you feel at home

I have been using this center for 1 year now, and mostly what I do is drop off shipments, and rarely buy anything from them, yet they are so kind to me so far. The lady especially is friendly and helpful. Their shop is always clean and well tidied as well.

Postal Plus Copy Center I am visiting since they opened just for drop off packages, USPS, UPS or FedEx. I didn’t give them any dollar business but always they treated me well. I will give them full stars for their good customer services.

It’s a family owned business and they need community support to grow.
