Couldnt possibly give this place a higher recommendation. They have always taken outstanding care of me. Gayle and her team always deliver the highest level of customer service. And guess what? They even wrap presents! What else can you ask for? !?

I use this place for all my work printing. Great place, service, and staff. This place is my go to for postal and printing services. She also sells beautiful holiday wreaths, cards, and gifts.

Anybody can make a mistake. The primary reason for this complaint is the attitude and disregard of responsibility associated with the negligent behavior.

It’s one thing to walk into the store for a service and have somebody smile and say hi since you’re bringing money into the store and I completely different thing to have them lose your mail that contains a controlled substance (and they know this) two times and act like it’s your fault. The woman told me to have it sent again! As if it was no big deal. Why, so you can just take some more? The only offered to try to track it down when I made a bunch of threats like calling the police which ended up doing.

They signed for and did not deliver to me my controlled substance prescription medication two times! Instead of apologizing, just said “it’s human error. It happens. If you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else” and “I think we need to clear out your box”. That was yesterday.the first time it happened I was promised that very strict protocols would be followed to make sure it never happens again if I would just please not press charges, so I did not press criminal charges and it happened again. When I came to get my prescription drugs and they were not given to me, and it was suggested that I just go away, I asked that the owner be called. The quote “employee” (teenager left in charge of everything) called the owner and said, “I think I lost it. Don’t worry I will handle the conflict resolution” (as if this sort of thing happens all the time). Each time my stuff is lost. There is an attitude that I have to deal with also first time from the guy who is the owner when he lost my stuff and then had a bad attitude with me because he lost my stuff and I had to wait around and come back so I can’t these people be organized? Isn’t that like the whole premise of their business? I have also been given other peoples mail. How much will the postal annex franchise take before the business agreement is canceled? How many times is the USPS going to be OK with this? What is the maximum fiduciary penalty for punitive damages due to gross negligence? I think it’s $750,000.

I noticed that the owner responded and said that they were able to find the box the next day however, they never did give me the first narcotic. I will be posting videos of the owner telling me, “you know we’ve lost your stuff a couple times, it happens, you just want to clear out your box” you can find more about this company on rip off report and read it. Somehow they have been able to get a lot of the bad reviews removed. Also, my card has been charged after I was told I was no longer welcome there because I told Corporate they lost my mail twice. This place should not be trusted with peoples mail. I am preparing my official complaint with the attorney general to get their license removed.
I am also preparing my civil suit. Buckle up.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else for my postal and copy needs.

I have been coming here for several years. When it comes to any of my postal, printing, faxing or anything related I go see Gail. She has helped me with so many things. Great people, excellent and always professional service.

The Bedford Postal Annex is awesome! They are super helpful in everything from mailing to business supplies to handmade gifts. Printing services are also available. The owner and family are super helpful. I often mail gifts to my family and friends across the country and they have received everything packed well and in a timely manner.

I have been going to The Postal Annex for about four years.
I would never go back to the PO.
This place and it's owner Gayle are phenomenal, nothing is too much trouble.
One can do everything USPS offers including passports. FedEx, UPS, and Amazon services are available.
Gayle also offers a notary service.
I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Gayle and her small team are amazing! Always helpful and affordable on supplies, but convenient for just dropping off packages. Postal Annex are ALWAYS there to help and make things soo easy-especially for small businesses or online sellers who may have to mail packages with all different carriers on the same day - saves so much time running around to USPS, FedEx, DHL, and UPS! One-stop for everything and they have last minute gifts to boot! Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing customer service and environment. I feel welcome every time i enter amd always greeted with a smile. I wouldnt recommend anywhere else or anyone else to help me with my packages. Couldnt recommend them enough

Brian is great. His customer service is stellar and is the type of service where you leave happier than you came in. Very pleasant guy.

However, my encounter with Gayle was the opposite. The customer service was non-existant. I was charged extra and she was plainly irritated the entire encounter.

Overall, the prices are affordable. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Gayle is AMAZING! She is so personable, her customers are not customers, they are friends! She offers so much of herself in alls she does. She has it all! Faxing, copying, emailing, printing, mailing, (all types, UPS, FEDEX etc) you name it! I go by and just say hello often. You can’t help but love her!

Gayle is the best! She helped me ship a giant store display for a great price and even had the giant box for it (among other boxes) so I didn't have to hunt for a box! Definitely support her business, she will take care of you better than the post office!

I needed to ship many boxes of heavy computer equipment and memorabilia out of state after my father's passing. Gayle Pulliam was incredibly helpful, packaged everything safely and followed up to make sure everything arrived safely at all the destinations. I heartily recommend her business!

This has been a great experience with Postal Annex. Gail has been wonderful we rent a box there and love the great service. Rent for a month 3 months 6 months up to 12 months it's been very convenient. I love their. Box rental is easy simple. Anything we need is right there at our fingertips packaging supplies, copies, check our mail, have our packages safe and sound ready to pick up.great service wonderful people we enjoy doing business with them and we will be continue to do business with them. Gayle is absolutely amazing. I was in a bind and needed to send out over 3k envelopes asap. I called on a whim and without hesitation said she could help me. I dropped off the envelopes, paid and headed out. No fuss no muss.
