I was shocked by the rudeness of the staff here. After parking outside the store, the clerk stopped what she was doing inside and came out to confront my family about parking there. There was no signage and nothing reserving the parking — there is not even a number to call for tow, which means they cannot tow — but she immediately threatened to tow us moments after getting out of the car. She couldn’t have even known if we were going to the store. This store is in a large shopping center with plenty of parking and other businesses, and nothing is reserved for businesses. But this employee felt entitled to harass us as patrons because she “had to park far away today”. Yes, that’s right, she was projecting her frustration at not being able to park her own car in one of those spot that morning. What an embarrassing way for a business owner to carry themselves. I would never use this business and hope you don’t either.

Dolores was very kind and helpful

Their hours state they are open until 1 on Saturday. On 11/4/2023, I race to their location and get there at 12: 29. I go to attempt to open the door and it’s locked, no one inside with lights on. I tap on the glass and read signs and everything is saying they are open until 1. I call them and no answer. Just frustrated because I wasted a trip. I’m sure it’s a good place but someone didn’t show up or left early.

Very rude woman at the counter, interrupted our conversation to tell someone they couldn’t park there, and was extremely rude to the man outside, honestly I was in disbelief about it

Doris was super friendly. There are a lot of different services such as passport photos. Strongly suggest over UPS or the post office.

I’ve done a lot of business with them but on my most recent trip to ship out a properly packaged guitar, the quote was 300 dollars for ups, FedEx, and Usps ground (all three being within a couple of dollars of each other) staying within the 48 states. I decided to go to a FedEx store instead and ended up paying 100 for ground shipping. That’s just too big of a difference to continue to support PostalAnnex in New Braunfels.

She is always kind when I need help, going above and beyond. I would definitely pop by again.
