Great customer service and technical skills by both Chelsea and Kyle! My business came to them for large format printing and design services and they delivered! Will use again and recommend

I’m am new to the area and was excited to find this store because I need one and use these businesses often as a small business owner. However, after encountering the owner of this Postnet I will drive 20 miles before he gets my business. I had an Etsy return that the Etsy shop owner sent me her return label so I didn’t have to pay return postage (I do a lot of business with her). I ask for a receipt so I would have proof that I did in fact return the item and he said they don’t and won’t provide that. He said he doesn’t get paid for it so he wouldn’t print a receipt. He did print it and looked at me and said “that’s the last label I will print for you”. He turned around and walked off and I stood stunned at how rude he was but also the horrible customer service and the bad impression of the community to a new resident to the community. I will never step foot in his store and I am I’ll tell everyone I know about this experience. He lost a very good customer today. Very rude and the worst service I have ever received from a small business owner. WARNING DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS HORRIBLE LOCAL BUSINESS OWNERS TREATMENT AND VERY POOR SERVICE

I don't go anywhere else. Always have exceptional service, and I know that package will get there.

I absolutely love this place. I use them for mailing things out and also for my wedding invitations. Joseph and Kyle are beyond amazing and helpful. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
