Pottery Barn Outlet reviews
14Great selections, some times you have to search for what you are looking for but they have everything!
Great sales for the holidays, as such, expect busy days. I did find inventory a bit selective with less variety to choose from.
Drove an hour with a buddy to pickup my new sectional sofa. I had apparently only paid for 1/3 of the sofa despite my first question being “what’s included in this price? ” To a floor associate during time of purchase. That was before I asked the cashier the same question. The manager’s response to this was a “I’m going to have a serious talk with who did this” and “it’s not our cashiers job to know this”. Come on now? I expect this level of incompetence from my local Popeyes not Pottery barn, you’d expect your extremely high prices to reflect your customer service.
I used to love this store. But, now, they don't have the large kitchen inventory of high end pots, skillets or glassware. Most of the store is furniture and rugs.
Ok so I'm not a person who shops at pottery barn so maybe not the right guy to ask but I don't get the concept of paying high prices for low quality products. I guess just to say you shop there? I don't get it but not judging just not for me
Hours of shopping fun to find a great and quality bargain. Hasn't changed much over the years, like in a good dependable way.
Went there to check products. I didn't think the prices were good to bring to Brazil, but the store is big and you have many options to check
This place is very overwhelming as they have so much to choose from. Ricky was great helping us piece together a matching outdoor living room set that we love.
If they’re going to charge these outrageous prices on damaged and dirty items, they could at least clean the bathrooms, and train the staff to be courteous. I’d rather buy full price PB at the mall.
Very good place to look for less expensive Pottery Barn or Williams Sonoma items. Don’t always have what the main stores do, but at better prices.
If you are going there looking to buy furniture, keep your expectations very low. They do have a lot of items on the floor but most of them are damaged or parts missing, and those are sold as is. It was not one of situation because I have been there few times. The non-furniture collections are pretty good and if you are lucky, you could find some great deals.
Unfortunately, many of the items here are in bad condition and still are priced exorbitantly high for their condition. Discounts aren’t that great either. I’ve come here twice over the last few months with no luck of finding something in good condition at a fair price.
This store made me happy. So many beautiful things to see and buy. Nice selection and great prices.
This place has fantastic selection and some really good deals! The staff are all really sweet and friendly.
