If I could give zero stars I would. The place itself is amazing and has some of the most gorgeous bartenders in New Braunfels, but it's run by a bunch of idiots
Great place to drink and hang out. Had a great St Patty's Day celebrating with live music and ice cold beer
Great bar for local music. Two bars.one indoor, one out. It can get very crowded on busy nights. There are several outdoor firepits, and games to play.
Recently added taco stand just outside, and next to Downtown Social, so there are great food options should you get hungry
Loved this place. Full of atmosphere and has something for everyone's taste. Outside, inside, games and entertainment.
I have never been treated so poorly at a bar in my life. After waiting for 20 minutes to order drinks, I ordered 3 beers and a mixed drink for my wife and her friends. After the 'bartender ' filled my order, she told me that I could only take 2 of the drinks but I had to pay for all 4 since I was alone. I said I would pay for 2 drinks and come back for the other 2. She said I had to pay for all 4 since I ordered them. I went ahead and paid and brought back one of my wife's friends. The 'bartender 'was snotty and I unfortunately mouthed off. She immediately poured out my other 2 drinks and called the rent-a-cop to have me thrown out. I was in the wrong for mouthing off, but I think the situation could have been handled better. I live in New Braunfels and I will never visit this establishment again. If you are looking for a friendly place to hang out, please avoid the Pour Haus.
Warning: There is an outside bartender that will randomly have people thrown out of the establishment for no reason other than her own. I've witnessed this the last 3 times there. The last time 2 weeks ago, I brought it to the attention of the door guy and LEO working security for the establishment after she did it to 2 well behaved groups of people that were caught blindsided be this. They (the door guy and LEO) both agreed that it is getting out of hand by her. However, they are not in a situation to argue it. Hopefully the owner or manager will see this post and do something about it. Word is getting out around town. It's quite embarrassing.
