P&P Trailer Sales reviews
13 Thanks to Cody Courtin for his awesome customer care and insight.
In the current environment where supply is not meeting demand Cody was there for us to help find us find a Trailer. P&P Trailer Sales offers awesome customer service. Thanks again to Cody and P&P.
Recently my granddaughter lost the keys to her Bison Horse trailer with living quarters
I contacted Jennifer at P&P Trailers for assistance - she walked me through where to find the Door key number and type of jacks on the trailer.
After i was able to have my granddaughter provide the info, i called Jennifer back with the information she placed the order and advised that we should have the keys within days. One set sent to me and two to her at college in Big Spring Texas.
Jennifer followed the process and kept me advised until i notified her that all keys were received and worked
Jennifer is an outstanding customer service employee and a true asset to P&P trailers.
If you ever need parts or supplies call P&P and ask for JENNIFER

Was absolutely great through the sales and delivery process but as soon as I took delivery they had no customer service. At time of sale I was promised a repair that has been like pulling teeth to get done. It’s been 3 months and they have been absolutely no help.
We purchased an awesome cimmeron 3h trailer with OUtlaw living quarters from P& P. We love it. The quality is great purchased it via pictures off the internet and provided by our salesman, Greg Wales. The trailer was everything he said it was and then some. We had some financial issues we had to overcome. Greg helped us make it happen. We live nearly 1000 miles from Rose City, Texas, didnt see the trailer until it was delivered (in 2 days). The transaction was seamless despite the remoteness. I would not hesitate to buy remotely from Greg and P & P again.
The person insulated me. I am still waiting on a bid for my damaged trailer, with no repair in sight.
Not a lot of selection of trailers and there customer service was not the best have gone to other places with way better customer service.
They were easy to deal with. I called and Greg went out in the yard and verified that the trailer was in stock, not just looking on computer. The paperwork and whole buying process to get the trailer prepped and ready for delivery may he have have taken 30 minutes. They were completely up front, no hidden fees or anything else. They had coffee while you waited (plus for me). Ready to roll, easy to go. I would recommend them for your trailer needs.
Outstanding service from Chris at the Atkins location. Very personable and negotiated a deal I was happy with in about 15 minutes. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with my new trailer.
I needed a trailer to haul beer kegs and a ZTM to our restaurant. Chris did a great job helping me to make sure the trailer met my needs. It was a no pressure environment, with prices less than I expected. Also they have an awesome service department. If your looking for a trailer definitely check out P&P.
I did not want to have to write this review. Initially, great experience however, the trailer (used) arrived with no ladder, broken lights - a laundry list of items needing attention. Albeit, you buy used as-is however, when the picture shows a ladder and it arrives without one from the shipper, that is an issue. 3 months later - still waiting on said ladder from manufacturer. While they did pay for a portion of the repairs the trailer required, we are out of pocket still time/money and energy spent. Next time, I will NOT buy here.
Easy, in and out.
Baught an aluminum utility trailer for just a bit more than a steel one anywhere else!
I have been looking for a cargo trailer for my craft show work, seen this one, talked to Traci, she gave me a quote on it, called the next day after talking to the wife, she still had it, explained to her what I was trying to do.
Finance worked with me, and I was able to make work, picked it up today, no fuss, no muss, walked in with paper work ready, 30 min later I was hitched up, and pulling out, the fellow in the back helped in hooking it up, explained it all to me, about the hitch, brakes and ect.
Great job ya'll looking forward to that first show of the year in March.
