Always a friendly face in this store. Knowledgeable staff and they have good sales. You can earn points from purchases and use them towards future sales. I saved $90 the last time I was in there.

Good -shop, everyone knows their stuff, for the most part. There are a couple rude people occasionally working in the Dallas shop who perhaps hit the Krylon a little too much in their youth but other than that, love this place. Highly recommend, esp the Hurst location.

I love this place. They are very nice and helpful and always have what I need in stock. They also have a lot of promotions with discounted items. It’s my go-to place for kratom AND vape stuff. They also have a great selection of CBD.

My first time visiting this location was today and I'm definitely coming back! Finally a place with a great selection of classic glass as well as new age tech glass. It seems like most glass shops skew heavily one way; this place has the correct balance. They have all types of glass for all price ranges. The even better part? Customer service was on point! The guy who helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. He greeted me the instant I walked in and was attentive to me the entire time but not in a pushy way. It felt like a boutique experience. Keep up the great work!

First off I’ve spent over the years thousands of dollars in your store (you might not notice since not always its me picking up)
I’ve edited the review since i wrote it in the heat of the moment.
The lady was very rude she could ask nicely.
I’ve been coming here for ten years and there are over 100 spots in the lot.

No way to sanitize money? Lost a good customer and a quick 50 bucks took my business to 710 vapors. They took my cash.

Really bad service I tried to buy a rolling paper I was inside the store and the lady told me she’s close I told him I just need the rolling paper she tell me we close!

I can’t believe she told me close!
