I purchased a new spartan zero turn from pr equipment recently, randy was my salesman, he was very informative and knowledgeable on all the spartan models and helped me choose the right mower for me, the whole transaction was very smooth and quick! I will be returning for future purchases l!

The parts man Kevin is great.but the rest the owner and service manager are very unprofessional and the young woman the service manager had me talk to because he didn't want to talk to me because he said "my time is important" she lied and accused me of cursing at her and my wife was listening on the phone as my witness that I didnt curse.very unprofessional outfit

His customer service and after care is hands down the best I've EVER gotten. I have a Massey Ferguson 2635. It's a great tractor for my needs, but I have had some issues with it from the beginning. I brought it back to the original dealership and was told incorrectly what the issue was. I brought it to a different dealership and although they corrected the issue, it was a costly TEMPORARY fix. The problem was reoccurring again. I found P. R. Equipment, I talked to R. J. Sheperd and explained what I had been going through. R. J.researched and gave me the honest truth of what was going on. I gave him the go ahead to fix my tractor. P. R. Equipment fixed it quickly and my tractor is NOW working without any problems. I gave it some time to test out the repair. It's now working better than new. I Highly recommend P. R. Equipment now because of their Honesty and dedication to their work ethics. P. R. Equipment is now my go to dealership. R. J. We purchased a Spartan zero turn. I now regret all the time I have wasted over the years using cheap mowers. This one is an amazing tool. And you will not find a dealer that is easier to work with than PR Equipment.

Took my mower there, they said they could fix my canopy. Go to pick it up and never fixed it. Never got a phone call saying they couldn't fix it. Just a call saying my mower was ready. I won't be going back there again and will spread the word how I was treated. Quick to take your money but will make an excuse not to do the work.

We had a great time with Randy and the PR Equipment crew. He very clearly explained all the options and models so we could make an informed choice as to what would be the best possible mower for our needs. Plus, he made it just plain 'ol fun with his easy-going and witty demeanor. We feel like we have so much more than just a salesman in him, happy to call him a friend.

Great experience so far at PR - Dillon was great to work with on the sales side and got us into a new Massey 4707. Zero pressure or upselling with up front pricing. About 10 hours in and I really enjoy running the Massey…having a cab is a game changer and pound for pound you are getting way more tractor compared to Deere or Kubota. Thanks again for the easy buying process!
