I met Dr. V. On a 1x immediate need appointment. I had no PCP at the time. I was so impressed at her knowledge, she made me feel comfortable, and seemingly in no rush-thru exam or leaving me with questions.

She is a good thorough doctor. She listens and seems to genuinely care for your health. I feel that Detar Family Medicine is a good place to "hang my hat. " And the front desk staff is awesome. They are kind and patient and do a lot for the patients behind the scenes. Thank you so much!

The whole experience with the staff here is so pleasant. I did not have a PCP. All my medical needs were done thru the VA. Unfortunately, needing immediate care is not available. As I get older, I feel I may need medical care more often so I got personal insurance. I met Dr Vanapala for a condition I thought needed attention sooner. I started with another PCP who was OK but not real attentive to my needs. Finally, my insurance got your clinic covered and I was so fortunate to be able to change. Her immediate response to my needing a specialist uncovered a skin cancer that had been there for quite a time. For a change, I feel my PCP is listening and responding to my needs. I am so fortunate to have Dr V, her wonderful staff, and the VA helping me.

Im really experiecing diffculties in forms being signed correctly for ostomy supplies i understand things happen but its been 2 weeks and i still have no ostomy supplies medline is needing a tax number they said people keep hanging up on them i dont understand the situation just need it resolved.
