Dr Patel and his entire staff was quite professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about my up and coming procedure. The facility was easy to find, parking was free and once you arrive the location itself was clean and very welcoming. Dr Patel had an amazing bedside manner with me; the very first time I met him; which made me feel more at ease and I trust he will do an excellent job. Their quality of care and attention to detail in this matter was by far A1 and 5 stars indeed. And I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Awesome doctor with great bedside manners. I am very grateful to have come across Dr Patel. His office was able to squeeze me in as a new patient the next day because of some mishaps with another doctors office cancelling my urgent appointment last minute. He was very nice and took the time to truly listen to me and got me setup for a scope procedure within a few days.

Dr. Patel was very friendly and professional. He came in, introduced himself and explained the procedure very clearly. He asked if I had any questions. I did not, because he had answered all questions in his explanation. I feel very confident and comfortable with Dr. Patel. I would definitely refer him to anyone needing a colonoscopy.

I am delighted to offer some few comments in regard to my first visit to Dr. Pragnesh Patel's clinic.

1. I have to say it was an easy location to find for me as it's right there by the highway.

2. The staff at the reception area are warm, friendly, and welcoming. The reception area is neatly kept.

3. I find Doctor Pragnesh Patel to be a warm and friendly person. I say this because not many doctors shake hands.

4. Doctor Patel gave me his undivided attention. He wrote down what would guide out conversation, ask me the right questions and jotted down my responses.

5. I am happy with my new found doctor and I am certainly looking forward to my next visit as we both work together to find answers to my health concerns. I hope my initial impression will be strengthened and solidified in my next visit.
