I have been attending the evening beginner level classes and intermediate classes in morning. The classes are free and it is voluntary donation. It is a very welcoming atmosphere and all the instructors are so affectionate and caring. It feels like a family of divine brothers and sisters. Definitely recommend this practice as a great start of the day to feel active and peaceful and if anyone wants to learn meditation.
