I've worked with a ton of attorneys and haven't worked with anyone who had their stuff together even half as well as Matt Aycock and this firm. They are a premium outfit with premium service. Well versed in a wide array of areas, and super responsive and knoweldgeable.
I closed on my home 12/19/19. As part of my buyers contract, a home warranty was included. After a month of being in the home, my warranty was suspended for non payment. After 2 weeks of calls and emails from both my agent and myself with no return calls or emails, my agent went to office directly where he received a check to send to the warranty provider. February 2 I placed a claim with the warranty to be told that account is inactive since payment was not accepted at bank and title company had been contacted 3 times since 2/3 with no resolution. I have left voicemail and emailed through the messaging service over last two weeks with no response. 3 months of the year of warranty service have passed with no active warranty. Beyond ridiculous and would almost seem this company pockets the proceeds from buyer or seller. Avoid this title company at all costs.
They made errors during closing, admit to as much, yet haven’t made it right. I was told to contact the other party for my money. Do you want a company that stands by their output or leaves you to recover your money for their error? My advice, stay away. Go with a reputable company that will stand behind their product.
But they do have a nice office. If that’s important to you.
Do not answer phone or get keys from seller to give to buyers. So we funded and have no way to get through the gate! Parker Wood with

Do not use this Title Co- the worst! Incompetent, rude staff. They do not return calls, do not answer their emails. Blamed everyone for not doing their job. Avoid this title co!
I had some legal questions I needed addressed. I emailed the company and got contacted by the lawyer Tim Pullin within a few hours who called to hear my situation. He advised and followed up with emails until my issue was resolved.
We closed on our home on 5/30/2017. I opted for receiving the documents scanned, via e-mail. They sent nothing and when I called them back, they told me the file is corrupt and they don't have the documents any more. Very unprofessional customer service. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place!
Top notch title company. They make the transaction process very easy for all of our seller clients. Highly recommended.
