Pratt Homes, Tyler TX

Great experience at Pratt Homes. Met with Blake Jordan and he did a wonderful job showing us around and answering our questions. I have been shopping around for a new home for several months now and he is the first person who made us feel like he was actually listening to what was important to me and my family in our new home.

Shout out to Stephen in the Service Department and Mr. Pratt. After the crazy East Texas weather, my hot water heater and other plumbing needed to be replaced in my tiny home. (my fault that it happened). After speaking directly with Mr. Pratt about the issue, he had Stephen out the very next day! Stephen was very personable and also very professional. He did an outstanding job replacing the hot water heater, checking for other leaks, and even replacing some moulding in the bedroom and hallway. Mr. Pratt told me when I purchased my tiny home at Pratt Homes, that he would take care of me. Customer Service at it's best and promises kept! Thank you, Mr Pratt, Stephen, and Pratt Homes.

My Fiancé and I went to look at a few models last week to get an idea for this upcoming year. The environment was great and our salesman William Baker was awesome! He was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. Overall we are very happy with the outcome of our trip and will be returning to speak with William!

Pratt homes is amazing! The modular homes are like nothing I’ve seen before. I went in just to look and William had answer to everything I needed. The detail in the homes and above all the ability to customize is what really blew me away. When I am ready I won’t even consider going anywhere else!

We are still in the planning phase of our project, but I gotta say, Mr. Pratt is by far the most thorough and thoughtful sales person we have met. He has taken the time with our family to help us consider all options, and even helped us to explore some of the challenges we didn't even know to ask about so that we can better plan for a new home in the country. Not pushy at all, and basically left us eager to come back and explore further. The 5 hour drive was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you for the hospitality everyone showed our family. We really appreciate you guys!

Appointment with Aaron was awesome! Answered ALL our questions and was super informative and kind! Looks like Pratt will be getting my business! My fav was The Clint.

Very friendly staff. I'm not in the market to buy yet, but was curious to see what can be offered in both modular and manufactured homes. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the layouts and floor plans are. We were given the master key to view whichever homes we wanted at our leisure. No hassle or pressure. We were on our own. There seems to be something for every budget and need. I would definitely consider buying from Pratt.

The quality is poor, the service worse, and feel that Pratt took advantage to two 80 year old women. Would never advise their use.

When I visited Pratt last week it was very obvious they were "too busy" to deal with me. I walked in the door, and an associate walked past me never acknowledging me. Finally a young lady brought me into her office and gave me the key to look around. The customer service is subpar!

Everyone was friendly however not all of the information was given to us. For instance we decided to pull our application and get our refund and no one told us that they keep 30 dollars of that 1000 dollars of you paid with a debit card. I think that's an important bit that the consumer needs to hear. I also had to call multiple times to get the release paper sent to my email.

Let me start by saying Mindy was awesome on the phone and answered most of our questions before we arrived. However, We live over 4 hours away and drove to Pratt with an Appt.with Eric @ 1 pm. When I walked in to the office at 12;15 pm not one person even noticed that I was in there. My husband and I started walking around the lot looking at homes. At 1 pm I walked back in the office and after walking down the hallway I found a Lady named Jessica. She was helpful and nice but thought it was weird she offered her key to walk around to the homes by our self at first then she said well I can show you around. When we went in to discuss the homes we like, a gentleman came in that was very arrogant and rude and acted like we were not good enough.
We were told our price would be locked in if we put our earnest money down now. The price would go up 5% after the first of the year. Where they get you is they never give you a price. When I emailed to ask the price I was told tomorrow they would come up with a game plan. Then never heard back from anyone.
Do your research before shopping here!

Update: As you can see from there reply they lack customer service as I have only been to your location once and did have and appt.

Terrible!
Started out by being interrupted by the sales person as questions were being asked. Ended up by her dog peeing in one of the homes we were looking at and pooping in another one. Very unprofessional experience. We went from being ready to write a check for a modular home to not being able to leave fast enough.

My husband and I just moved into our new home and we absolutely love our home! Mindy was AMAZING! We had such a great experience with the staff, they were always there to answer our questions. We were treated like family. I would definitely recommend Pratt to anyone wanting to buy a modular/manufactured home. Thank you Lynn and Mindy for everything! ROLL TIDE!

We travel 4 hrs to buy a tiny house and.nobody at the office pay attention to us so we left with our money.good luck with the customer service.is really bad.

Aaron Miller was great! I came to him with an idea and he made it happen. The only reason I didn't give a five was late delivery, but things happen. I highly recommend you take the time to meet this nice young man when choosing your new home!

Pratt Homes had a great selection of modular homes which are very well constructed. The prices for their modular homes are very reasonable. I was really looking forward to purchase one of their homes but my lot was not conducive to a modular home. However, before the construction company surveyed the lot and have me the bad news, I was working with Aaron on the design and price of the home and he was very knowledgeable and responsive, he kept me very well informed with frequent updates as to the status. I wish we could have put a modular home on our property because I was so impressed with Pratt Homes!

I have been waiting for years to get my first home by myself. I got approved with a different company and decided that I didn't care for them after talking to aaron miller at pratt.he has the utmost respect for his customers and puts them first regardless of how long it takes or how many phone calls that go back and forth. I went there looking for an affordable mobile home and even thou I couldn't get the one I wanted to cause it was out of my price range.aaron showed me the one that I could afford and he worked with me the whole way thru doing everything he could to help me get the mobile home that fit me. I would recommend aaron miller and pratt modular homes to anyone.the service is great and the atmosphere is good.thanks aaron miller and pratt modular homes for the awesome help.

Very clean. They have a nice inventory. However, when we were sitting at the desk, after looking at a couple of homes. I was speaking, and asking questions, and they guy was on his cell phone behind the desk, and didn't hear a word I said. When we got up to leave. No hand shake, no goodbye. Didn't walk us to the door, no thank you for coming. Nothing. So I don't think we will be back.

This place was awesome. Talked to Jordan and he was amazing. Looked into this place for my mom as she is getting older and he was open and honest with me.
