The men sent to fix our problem were courteous and promptly fixed several issues. Excellent service and work quality.

Pratt was quick to respond and was able to come and fix our issue. The tech that came took care to use shoe covers to not track dirt into our house. He listened to the issues we were experiencing. Discussed our options going forward and was clear about the price options as well. Once the work was complete he reviewed the process he used and what he found. He also gave us some tips on helping to ensure that we would avoid future issues.

Mark and Steven did a fantastic job this morning fixing several issues with my plumbing. From unclogging a washer drain to installing new fixtures, Pratt is the call I make every time.

Mark and Steven were on time- very nice and explained what the problem was and updated me about the cost throughout their service.

Our hot water heater went out and we called Pratt Plumbing and they were able to get a new tank installed right away. Andrea thank you for getting this scheduled so quickly for us! Mark was amazing! He was professional, super nice, efficient, communicated well, and was upfront throughout the entire process. The day before Mark came we had another plumber come out, and they weren’t able to fix our issue. Mark showed up on time (actually early) and was able to get it taken care of in no time at all! Despite how little you actually want to have plumbers in your house, the guys from Pratt make it as enjoyable as possible. The communication and encouragement throughout a big job made the minor inconvenience worth it. German especially was such a great communicator and worker. I would use Pratt for every job big or small.

Andrea did a good job keeping me informed and German was able to come sooner than expected. However when he was delayed on another project Mark ultimately made my repairs. All 3 were professional and a pleasure to talk to. Service completed in a timely manner! I will always call Pratt in the future.
