The staff is Carrying, and professional. They are willing to assist in relieving dis-ease I feel in my body.

They have a new system for Covid-19 to go with the guidelines. I think it works well. In my opinion Precision Chiropractic is the best, and the best chiropractor is Dr. Jon Blackwell. He is so attentive and he listens to you. And he is so gentle.

Having a torn up body is difficult on a daily basis. Can not go to a regular chiropracter, due to dusikns in my neck. Dr. Whitehead and staff are professionals and practice NUCCA, as well as, the regular type. They offer physical therapy, massages and anything else your tired worn body needs for rejuvenation. I goes as often as I can. I give them Two Thumbs Up!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Dr. Blackwell is absolutely amazing. I've never had a doctor actually care about what's wrong and try to fix it like he does. Most doctors just throw medicine at you, he actually helps the pain go away so you don't need the medicine. I can't say enough good things. If you've ever thought of going to a chiropractor, go see Dr. Blackwell or any of the great chiropractors at this office! If you've had a bad experience with another one, give these guys a try. I'd rather go here than any other doctor and honestly, they are usually my first call! Love you guys so much! Thank you for all you've done for myself and my family!

Such a great company doing some amazing work in Amarillo. Their staff is seriously the best in town. They have gone above and beyond for me and my kids. I would highly recommend them.

Why do the “try” to help YOU when they are sneaking off and trying to help others. This make me mad

Been going to Dr. Blackwell for a couple of years. Always feel better after an adjustment. We use him for the whole family. The staff is very kind and always has a smile to share with the family.

“Whitney” in staff maybe billing, is absolutely UNPROFFESSIONAL!

“Whitney” likes to slam phones in your ear, beware if your speaking to her on the phone.

She is also very immature says things like “you are super duper unhelpful”

This blows my mind how does a grown female act so immature and not know proper customer service etiquette!? !? !

Dr. Whitehead, Blackwell and Raef I strongly encourage you all to re-evaluate your staffs skill requirements and Customer Service to include phone etiquette should be a given.

I cam in to Precision on the advice of my neurologist. I had been having pain down my leg and in my hip/glute for several months. MRI showed nothing surgical needed to be done. I was very nervous, as my very limited previous experience with chiropractic was either ineffective or negative. Dr. Raeff did my X-Rays and extensive history very patiently. I was relieved to have x-rays taken and a treatment plan explained to me before any adjustments. Dr. Whitehead has done the majority of my adjustments and has been so patient and gentle. I have seen marked improvement with the adjustments and therapy and am so glad I made the decision to follow my neurologist's recommendation to see them!

My daughter has had bowel issues most of her life - even as a baby we struggled with constipation, blockages, etc. We were able to figure out we needed to limit grains and sugar and dairy; but it still wasn’t enough. I was already a patient of Dr Todd so I asked him if he could help her & he said to bring her in.

Dr Raef did her intake & he was so patient with her uncertainty plus 101 questions about everything he was doing. When Todd pinpointed the misalignment in her spine, wouldn’t you know it was the exact place that controls stomach and digestion issues!? !

And if that weren’t mind blowing enough, after her first adjustment, her issues were done! I wasn’t expecting that at all. I thought it would take several adjustments to see any marked improvement! But kids are so responsive to treatment - much more so than us as adults (and I am so jealous of that!)

My own journey - I went to Precision Chiropractic for pain. What I came away with in terms of energy & ability to focus and complete tasks in addition to the gift of healing for my daughter, I highly recommend Precision Chiropractic.

Even after my own positive experience, as a parent it was scary and uncertain to take my daughter in. But Dr Raef and Dr Whitehead were both very patient with my daughter & she has finally got the healing & relief she so desperately needed! I can hardly wait to see how this benefits her in other ways as well!

Not very honest. They didn't inform my husband until he was checking out that they didn't accept Pantex insurance. They charged $275 for just x-rays and to look at his back and neck. There was no adjustment done or even reading of the x-rays, was told he had to come back for that. We will be sharing with everyone to not patronize this business. Very poor management.

All three chiropractors here are really good. I usually see Dr Whitehead - but I have several friends and my mom who recommend Blackwell. I met Jeremy Raef today was very impressed and I felt very assured that they had my best of care as priority.

The physical therapy team worked with me today and relieved my pain - I nearly cried when I realized the pain I walked in with was nearly gone.

Don’t do what I did. If you are in pain, make an appointment and see them soon! Don’t let it get worse before doing anything about it.
