I had an appointment with Amy last Thursday. She was so sweet and listened like she really cared. I would much rather see her than my dr (Dr Blau). Her assistant Summer was the absolute best. She went above and beyond to get my Nurtec prescription covered. It took her 3 days, but she got it done. I’ve never been able to afford it because it’s so expensive- I would just ask for samples. But she found a pharmacy that covers it and mails it to me. I’m so happy to get some relief! I cannot recommend them as a team enough! I saw 2 other assistants and a nurse working very hard to help and get things done. I appreciate it so much. The only issue I’ve ever had is that the front desk is often rude and dismissive. They don’t even look at you when they sign you in. The wait time to get checked in is often over 25 mins.

I went in a for my spinal appointment and the staff were horrendous I can’t believe what I saw with my eyes how they treated this nurse with plain disrespect. I blame HR and the manager for this they show no respect towards her and I’m glad that she left because they did not appreciate her one bit.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great doctor I had taking care of me. I injured myself in 2003 and I have lived with chronic neck pain. About 6 weeks ago something happened and it spiraled out of control. I saw a PA that I was gotten in with the day after my pain escalated to unbearable. Dr. Munns came in and ordered an MRI. A week later I found out I had a narrowed area that was pressing on my spinal cord. Two disc replacement was offered as well as fusion. I opted for the disc replacement as you retain movement of your neck. I had surgery 5/22/21 and have had minimal discomfort only muscle spasms not even requiring pain meds Dr. Munns is a really nice professional caring provider. Tyler Texas is blessed to have him.

Dr. Walker and his team are great at what they do. They are professional, , attentive, thorough, and kind. Thank you guys for your help.

Took my dad back and forth from UT to Spine and Joint to get one back shot and can't even see Dr. Dwayne Griffin. UT can't schedule and Dr. Griffin's team can't either. Terrible.

Dr. Griffith and Rogers are the best. Dr. Griffith is my pain management doctor and has been since 2015. He has gone above and beyond for me. I will always continue to use the pain management side for my chronic pain. I absolutely REFUSE to use the surgeons at the office. They are part of the reason I'm in the condition I'm in. If the surgeons had done what they were supposed to do I wouldn't of been declared disabled at the age of 23. Im now 28 and having to deal with chronic pain in my back that will never get any better.

My wife has had surgery and the dr.is excellent. The office is terrible have spent two weeks trying to get them to turn their fax machine on so they can receive Fmla paperwork. Tried email now email is down and IT guy is off. If I get fired from my job I will take civil action

If ur having back problems then u are looking at the right place Precision spine care and Dr. Gordon. Dr. Gordon performed my back surgery December 10 and it was the best decision ive made. Dr. Gordon explains to you in a way that u understand exactly what is to be done and to top it all off hes a Godly man and says a prayer for you before surgery. I want to think Dr. Gordon and his staff for a job well done im very grateful

Dr Gordon preformed back surgery on me December 8,2020 & did an amazing job. The hospital facility was great.nurses & other employees were caring & attentive to my ever needs. After I was dismissed & returned home I ran fever & was really surprised when caregiver called the Dr to discuss the problem & was able to talk to him directly even at night & while he was away on a trip. Very caring & concerned & made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend Dr Gordon to anyone having back problems. A fine Christian man who looks to God for guidance which I so appreciate. Highly recommend him.

Ms. Partlow was very kind and attentive. She listened to my needs and was very fast at getting me in and out of the office so I wasn’t left sitting in the waiting room too long with this pandemic going on. Summer was very thorough and sweet. I love coming here.

Most caring doctor and staff ever! My second dealings with Dr Charles Gordon, this doctor is not only an amazing surgeon but outstanding person as well. Shows great care and concern for his patients! Highly recommend!

I see Dr. Lambert and that sweet Miss Summer every month for my medication refill. They take care of my needs and make me feel like my voice is heard. Miss Summer is always attentive and listening when I talk. Dr. Lambert helped me with other issues I was having besides my pain and he’s very easy to talk to. I love seeing them and I hate that I won’t be seeing them again!

I saw Dr. Lambert this morning for a testosterone appointment and he did a great job. His assistant was very nice.

Dr. Muns is truly one the the best surgeons ever! He eliminated ALL the pain I’ve been experiencing in my back for over 4 years. I can’t thank him and his entire staff enough!

We are so appreciative of Dr. Gordon and his expertise. My husband woke up from surgery and had NO pain. I was trying to get him to take the pain meds offered by the nurses and he refused. He said I couldn't understand the pain he had been in for years and that he had so much relief - surgery and surgical site did not hurt at all compared to his previous level of pain. That was in 2018. Just recently, 2020, Dr. Gordon did surgery on his lower back. (Mommas don't let you kids play college football). Dr. Gordon has my husband completely pain free and back to golf again. Excellent surgeon and care!

I'm a 25 year old man with no previous history of neck/back problems. About a year ago I was involved in a car accident that left me with a slipped disc in my C5/6 vertebrae, which was putting pressure on my spinal cord and leaving me with incredible pain throughout my neck and back.

After reviewing the options with Dr. Gordon, we decided that the best option moving forward was to explore less-invasive measures including epidural injections. After 4 months and two epidural injections, the pain hadn't been alleviated to an acceptable level and we re-opened the discussion of surgery where we landed on a cervical spine discectomy.

I had my operation just over 3 months ago, removing the slipped disc and replacing it with an artificial one. I've been incredibly grateful every single day to have undergone such an invasive operation without a hitch. I'm 100% recovered and feeling better than ever. I also felt completely comfortable and taken care of throughout the whole process. 10/10!

From a well trained receptionist to Mr Wortham and Dr Charles Gordon, Precision Spine Care took my husband, who was in agonizing pain, and gave him back his full and active life. We owe them a debt of gratitude!

I have had such wonderful results with the staff and my Dr. Aaron Colodney.

I have so much less pain and more enjoyment of my life due to their care.

As a retired equestrian I have a lot of damage and also arthritis. Broken bones in the past have come to haunt me at 74. They address it all. Everything is explained.

I hardly take any medication for pain.
