This facility has an excellent staff, it is exceptionally clean, and I have always seen the doctor at my scheduled time. Dr Heller has done an excellent job at pain management in my back. Destiny, Dr Heller's PA, is equally qualified to address my issues and has always done the very best job in assessing my problems and treating them appropriately. I would highly recommended Dr Heller and Destiny to anyone needing pain assessment, treatment, and relief.

Went in with excruciating heel pain. Told he would suggest gabapentin if I wasn’t already on the highest dose. Also called it a “great med”, highly disagree. Docs are scared to prescribe pain pills and I understand, meanwhile you get 1 star because 0 isn’t an option, and I’m still in pain. Save your gas folks

The front desk personnel is not helpful, and doesn't act like they care at all. My husband has been a patient of Dr Heller for over two years. I went into the office last week and got an appointment for today at 3: 15. When we went in today they didn't have him down for an appointment. AND for the second time told him they had no evidence of him ever being a patient. He has been suffering for several years.

I think Dr Heller is wonderful.

The staff at the front desk is nothing short of abysmal. Epic failure if customer service twice. I fired him along with his staff. Just disgusting the way I was treated. No empathy, no curiosity, no apology, just indignant righteousness. Because of his staff I fired him before they refused to see me.

This place should be closed down To insure that I would schedule a nerve burn, after a third and last injection for my shoulder, the last assisting nurse, lagged behind and reached over and threw my left arm backwards. I nearly came out of my skin. As I had caught a glance crazy look from Dr Heller as he quickly left the room. They njuried me for life. They will you to. This is another scam company.

This is a great place. Dr Heller is so caring & professional. I’m so thankful for the way that he helps me with my pain management. Don’t know what I’d do without him!

Dr. Heller and his nurse set me up for injury. And purposely threw my left arm out of place, in order to insure I do a nerve burn.

One of my favorite doctor's visits. Dr. Heller & staff are excellent in working with me to get my pain under control. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Not only his smiling face but he has a wonderful PA, nurse practitioner & nurses. From the front desk to the exam room can't beat the crew in this office.

Very good place to go if you’re getting older and your bones need relief! We were treated very well, have a good doctor, a plan we can live with.

Dr. Heller is awesome and the staff are great as well. All the ladies that helped in my procedure (Carol, Jackie and Mindy) were great. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Heller explains what he is going to do in plain English, not layman's terms.

The staff at Precision Spine Care in Lufkin were so friendly and organized. There attention to detail within my personal case was outstanding. Dr. Heller took the time to understand my case and help with the daily pain.

I have had all good experiences with precision spine care they are a very good team they have always treated me wonderfully. I never have to long of a wait and they care about my health and my well being. I have to give high recommendations to my favorite team there. Mindy LVN, Carol MA, Jackie MA, and my doctor (Dr Aaron Heller). Thank you for always making me feel welcome and for always treating me with kindness and respect.

They change doctors and staff all the time. Seems like every time i had a appointment i was explaining my self over and over all the time.

I am looking for a pain management doctor that will see me as a person and not just someone wanting drugs. I just want to live my life with as little pain as I can
