I have done for my car and my wife car state inspection and oil change and they did awesome job.pful
Abel was awesome and very helpfull.

First impressions is a big deal to me. When. I walked in I was greeted in a professional and welcoming manner. They fixed my AC in a timely manner and it was affordable. To see a lady in here knowing her stuff was awesome. I was able to sit and observe the work atmosphere. It seems as if they are professional and like being around each other. I have 4 vehicles at my house and I will bring all 4 here. I have been here for almost 11 years and this is the first time I found a shop like this. Trust they don't just do oil changes.
P. S I don't normally do reviews and I don't normally trust shops. But this I feel they got a new customer.

They allow you to bring, your top notch oil and filter, and labor cost was with love. This hits on every aspect.

Abe is the best and he makes Precision Plus Tune up look good and he is very professional, friendly, and trustworthy and he knows how to treat his customers, thank you Abe for all of your hard work.

Staff there are great always take care of my vehicles quickly and efficiently.

I have been using their services for my last 3 cars. Never had any issues. In and out in a timely manner. Prices always right. Appointments are recommended since the shop can get crowded quickly. Lots of customers most of the time.

Very bad service, they replace you with low quality parts, then you return to the service and they tell you that you have to replace it, because your part is of bad quality and they previously sold it to you very bad service.

I really used to like this location until the manager Adel decided to have an attitude. I had a complaint about one of their employees and he completely ignored my complaint without saying anything and that says a lot. When I called him to ask for an apology he refused to apologize and as a result lost a long time customer. I would not recommend this location anymore.

This place has the nicest people and the best customer service, Arely helped me a lot and I really appreciate that!

I arrived right at 8: 00 at opening and my oil change literally took until 9: 20. An hour an 20 minutes for an oil change. They did their job and we're nice but I don't think I'll be back even though they have good Groupon prices. To me the amount of time I spent there when I got there at opening to avoid waiting long, just baffles me. Not worth it to be honest.

In my 38 years of life this has been the best auto shop experience I’ve had. This team really knows their stuff and went above and beyond to get my vehicle up to par! I can thank y’all enough!

Did an oil change with them, and I have 2,000 miles left until my next service as I don’t drive my car a lot. Come to find out that they didn’t put enough oil in my car, thank god I checked next time put the right amount of oil in the car! The main guy in the front seems to not like it when their customers use Groupon, sorry we are not all rich a** hole!

Fast oil change. They told me I had 5% left on my brake pads, so I decided to have them changed before the drive back to Houston. The shop here told me I didn't need new pads and that the pad I had were maybe 30% at worst. BTW, if you're ever in Nucla, CO and need maintenance on your vehicle, the town mechanic is honest and affordable!

I live in Katy and I make the drive to bring my car here. They always take excellent care of me. Everyone is always polite and the management is great. Any minor issues I had were resolved immediately. When I had to leave my car overnight, Steven was very communicative with me, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied without pressuring me into anything extra. Would highly recommend.

I came here to Precision tune up care and if i could give a -10 star review i would. I came to get the oil change and they told me i had to do transmission fluid change and several other things to my truck. After a few days my transmission started giving me problems what a coincidence. Don’t bring y’all vehicles to this place worst place ever.

Great place for waiting, the staff is very friendly and patient explaining what they are going to do with your car and have good prices. They can go above and beyond in making sure that your car is running accordingly. In my case I really appreciate that they stayed an hour later after they closed fixing my car and they had no problem and were nice about it.:)

This place was AMAZING. I came in for a laundry list of things, most importantly being my inspection and an oil change. The manager went over what I really needed and what I could wait on. I got exactly what I came for and I got it for a great deal. The manager is top notch, great guy that lives in the community and really seems to care about his customers. Just plain great customer service.

The place I now take my car to. Stephen (not sure if I’m spelling it correctly) is always helpful and doesn’t try to get me to get unnecessary work done. They are my car guys now!

I have been coming to this particular Precision Tune for almost 2 years. The manager and staff at this location are professional and very informative. They don't pressure you, but will suggest recommendations for your safety. The location is clean and easy to access. I have my son coming here now instead of the dealership. I recommend this location to everyone!
