Customer oriented with great techs. They do the job right. Replaced worn motor mounts on my 2007 Buick Lucerne. Car now drives safe and correctly.

Big shot out to Mr. Martin for contacting me and fixing my AC properly in my 2011 Chevy Tahoe. It blowing snow balls right now and I also would love me to say this gentleman is a world class business owner Any work I need done from now on will be done through him.

I came in this morning with my car shaking and engine light on. I was running late to work but the manager was so sweet and helpful.kept me up to date on everything they were doing. They fixed my car within a few hours.

2nd time using Precision Tune Auto Care. It’s never a fun time having to get your vehicle fixed unexpectedly, but Precision Tune Auto Care has been quick to get me back in my car and very detailed in explaining what work needs to be completed on my car and what is “optional”, what was “recommended” and what was required to get my vehicle back to running. I’ll happily return and pay for good quality labor here in the future. (1st visit severe oil leak and 2nd was check engine light and what seemed like misfiring.)

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE! I would give this business 0 star if possible. After 2 visit to get my vehicles A/C fixed and almost $600.00 later my car is still not fixed. Front desk employee was rude, condescending and constantly cutting me off while trying to explain the situation. Her customer service was horrible. SOLDIERS beware of this place as they are little to no help with the military population and take advantage to soldiers with not so traditional schedules.

Never had a problem before I tried to setup an appointment for my front calipers on my srw 3500 cummins.told me it was too heavy.but they did the rear calipers prolly two months prior.

My AC has slowly been going out and after getting my compressor replaced yesterday. It was almost too cold. Now I’m set for the summer. Anything I was confused about the Manger Timothy explained clearly and respectfully. Best auto experience I've had in the last 10 years. Will be returning for future issues.

I wish to communicate to upper level Precision Tune management what a truly outstanding experience I had at your Clear Creek location. Kourtnee provided me a truly exceptional customer experience while fixing my 2013 Chevy Avalanche. I was a nervous wreck after 5 months of my air heater/air conditioner working sporadically sometimes and then not working at all other times. For 5 months I kept scheduling appointments for repair but for 5 months my heater/air conditioner would work on the day of my appointment so I had to keep canceling my appointments and make new appointments. I was stressed out beyond words after 5 months of driving sweating in the fall and driving freezing cold in the winter. I know I was very difficult to deal with. Kourtnee was absolutely patient and professional with me when others would have run out of patience. I own my own business having contracted with the United States military for 24 1/2 years now. For 24 1/2 years now, I have hired people with fancy college degrees only to find out they don't even know how to talk to people. Kourtnee knows how to talk to people. She has a disarming way about her that had a very calming effect on me. That was very appreciated after 5 months of frustration with my truck.
Also, Kourtnee has the willingness to go above and beyond to help a customer by volunteering to do more than she has to, to help a customer. That is a very rare quality to have. You will find that your employees can't be trained to have that quality. They either have it or they don't. Kourtnee has it. She is a fine representative of your business.
