Premier ER & Urgent Care, Temple TX

The blond receptionist showed absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. She slowly dragged herself around behind the reception desk and then walked back out of sight. Her greeting was not personable and the quality of customer service was lousy. I most likely will not return

Went to premium urgent care today what a totally great experience from the front desk to the back all the nurses are so nice and professional I can't say enough about this place

This place continue to send bills that I already paid for in full! Almost a year later I am getting new charges!

I was really optimistic to get assistance with a pain I've been having that I have not had luck in getting answers on. The issue with Premier ER & Urgent Care is that they try to get you on the ER side which will cost an outrageous amount vs an Urgent Care visit. I was advised to go here specifically for the ability to get an ultrasound. Somehow, in 2023 this qualifies as an ER service to Premier. I respectfully disagree with this. There is NOTHING special about something as common as an ultrasound these days. When money matters most above all else, this is what you end up with.

Went in for vomiting and was placed in a room given a IV which took three try’s to finally get. They gave me iv not checking on me the bag went dry and blood backed up the tubing i had to get up and get them then they said ok you can leave. I said i am still
Sick and dehydrated and you have not diagnosed me they said you want another iv i said yes and they gave me another still not checking on me and it started to back up as well i got out of bed notified me and they said have your ride come get you your fine. No diagnosis and was released still throwing up and sick. Horrible treatment

Dissapointed by this place. Still wasn’t any better after several days so went to a different urgent care to get help today. Premier didn’t want to hear any part of what was wrong until they got strep, COVID, and flu results back- which took 45 minutes to get back. The assistant who first took me back to the room was in there maybe 2 minutes and really didn’t do a through look. Nurse came in and told me it was a viral illness and sent me home. It was a nearly 2 hour long experience with no result. Chose another urgent care today and already feeling so much better.

I went in SICK and the staff from front to back all were wonderful. Yeah I will get a bill that will make me open the windows and scream like in a movie lol! But I went in SICK and came out 100000 times better! I am appreciative of all the staff that assisted me that day! As we say in the Pacific islands cheehoo!

Everyone was very friendly & caring. If I ever need urgent care again I would definitely go there again. I would recommend to all my friends.

Amazing staff! We were in and out in under 2 hours which included stitches too! Staff was fun and relaxed and greeted all of us with a smile.

Update: someone from billing reached out to me via text about my bill which is fine however when I got the bill there were several questions and now nobody from billing is ever available now and I can't get whomever texted me to respond and to me the billing department needs to be just as great as the other department in order for things to work.

I want to give a shout out to nurse Rebecca she said she went by Becca. And she is the best nurse I think I have ever had in my entire life! And so I want to give a huge shout out to her and if you have multiple Rebecca she's the short one and I think her hair was red and I know it was long and she was working the night shift tonight. I definitely will give a shout out to the doctor Joshua for not giving me normal side eyes that I get sometimes from other doctors when I come in with my kidney infection. Both of them were great! And Rebecca needs a big kudos! I highly recommend this ER/urgent care I have never had any issues here and honestly it's my choice to come all the way across town to this facility and I live less than a mile from a hospital. Thank you so much once again

It was a okay visit Dr. Didn't even do a Physical exam on me and told me I was good to go so I'm not to thrilled about the service I received

Fantastic service. Split open my hand a needed some stitches. They took care of me quickly, and the doctor even took the effort to try and realign my tattoo! Awesome people here.

Very friendly and caring staff, nurses, and doctors. I was seen quickly and treated with medication.

We are travelers and did not have a regular dr. In the area. This is a Very clean facility, excellent customer service by all front office staff. Got in quickly and medical need met with caring doctor and support medical staff. Will definitely use them again when in the area.
