Very good and plentiful product. No prices on items and customer service gets a zero! We would have purchased our items but the lack of customer service and rudeness drove us away.

The first trip this morning I did not enjoy the customer service. Pushed of on to 3 different people and it was not great service. We went back because they had the best price on what we were getting. The first guy that was a bit rude in the morning helped us in the afternoon. The other guys were around that also pushed us around and they were all helpful and seemed to be in a better mood when they spoke to us.

We have used this place since it used to be The Plant Shed and we had in the past good customer service. Now, We have been in twice since it’s name changed to Premier Nursery and man a total difference in Customer Service. People at the checkout need to be friendly. They are not doing is a favor; we are customers who have option and can go anywhere else for plants. Today, July 5th we went in to buy some roses and when we found what we wanted it was not priced. We ask a black gentleman who was at the register for the price and he was extremely rude just quoting and price and then we said what about this other one and he quoted the same price. We went ahead and purchase the roses but it will definitely be my last purchase. Marshall Grain will be my place to go and definitely share my experience with friends and family. Good luck and make sure the guy at the register gets some customers service training.

Selection is very good, so are the prices. It's the customer service that's really bad, no people skills whatsoever. If you can look past this, than I guess it's a good place to visit

Tried this place twice, the man is very rude. Too bad! We will have to drive a little further for good customer service.

Love the prices and selection but mostly I love the staff! All were so willing to help me and their knowledge was priceless! In fact I went two days in a row and plan to go back again tomorrow!

We reached to the center just 2 minutes before closing (got stuck in traffic for long). They had most of the staffs already gone and all gates except one closed. They waited for us to select our plants patiently. We got nice plants for our garden and that too with good discount. Though it is very far from our home but we would visit them again. Highly recommended.

Called ahead to find out if there was any sod available gentleman says that he they have St. Augustine drove 30 min out of our way to get there only to find that there was none in stock. Then the guy has the nerve to say we'll I said that we we'll it not that it was in stock we won't have more for a more days. If you didn't have the product we were looking for in stock then you should have said that in the first place.

Great whole sales representative people. Except for an African Man. He was very rude. He make me to repeat everything 4 to 6 times because he doesn't understand what I said. He don't even understand my son and husband.

Huge selection of unique flowers, ornamental plants and trees, sod and gardening supplies such as fertilizers, mulch as well as lawn treatments like weed killers and pesticides. Their prices are very competitive and there's always some sort of sale going on. I love their huge assortment and varities of plants. Definitely will be a customer for a long time.

We have had 2 houses in 10 years and this is our go to nursery. I believe we have spent close to $15,000. SO FAR. One more thing, this is a terrific nursery for those who buy, but it must be a terrific place to work because we deal with the same guys all the time. Now that's sayin something these days!

Nice selection of everything. Yhe nursery is clean & organized. The only issue I had was, I was charged twice for everything & had to go back inside to get that straightened out. Check your bill before you pay. Workers are knowledgeable & helpful. Great prices.

My husband and I visited Premier Nursery today, and was so amazed at the level of knowledge the staff was equipped with. We were looking for ground cover, and mosquito help to transform our yard from dull, and miserable to aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable. Beth referred us to Debbie, and Tanya in wholesale, and they gave me instructions to make our yard great. Beside that everything we bought was cheap, and great quality. I would highly recommend this establishment for anyone's landscaping needs from the novice to the expert.

We bought a lot of shrubs and flowers here over a week ago. I called yesterday to find out the return policy because a few of our shrubs had died (although we were following the instructions that were given to us by the nursery). The first lady I spoke to was very rude and after a couple of condescending remarks I was put on hold. A man comes on the phone and begins to hammer me with questions. When I answered him, he shouted at me and "I asked you a question and you didn't answer it! ". At this point I ask to speak with a manager, and he says he is the manager. I had him on speaker during this and my husband overheard. He took the phone from me bc I was shaking I was so upset. He told the manager not to speak to his wife that way and the manager became increasingly aggressive and spoke to my husband in a very unprofessional and extremely rude manner. We never had our question answered about the return policy because apparently the manager was too busy shouting at us to answer the question. I have NEVER been spoke to like that from someone who is in a retail position (I don't think I have been spoken to like that period). It was ridiculous and we will NEVER shop there again and will make sure everyone we know doesn't shop there either. Why support a place, that treats their customers like garbage? Oh, and their prices are high too.

Manager Tony's customer service was great when I went in to get a application. When I came to return it his only words to me. "the early bird gets the worm" and then walked off. Calls me two weeks later (at 5: 30pm which is not a early time like he said to me originally) asking if I'm still looking for employment. His tone was rude like I was wasting his time even on the phone. Calls me right back to see if I have a ssc card so I don't waste his time interviewing me. I did not go, I will not work for anyone who is rude to his workers. No wonder the now hiring sign has been out for months. I used to shop there but taking my business elsewhere.

Went to buy some sod and they only had one pallet left which looked terrible. Asked one of the workers there when they would get some more and he tells me by next day 9 am. We call next morning and the person who answers just says hello. If I have to ask you if I'm calling the right number cause you don't even say the name of your business when customers call in there's a problem. I asked if they had received the sod yet and all she says is no. Called again 2 hours later, same rude person answers and gives same response, just a no, not even an estimated time. Called a different location and come to find out, they don't get sod deliveries on Sundays. They wouldn't be getting any in till Monday. So why couldn't they have just told me that when I called in the first time or inquired about it when I was in store? Customer service is lacking
