Premier Specialty Hospital of El Paso

During this difficult time in my life I was cured of a very dangerous infection. The treatment of the employees was excellent. The patients, Brenda and Fátima Meléndez, treat their patients very well. I was very satisfied with everything. The food was very delicious, the building is very clean. I can't complain about premier hospital. I am very happy to have selected that place.

Ms. Brenda Melendez is a wonderful asset to the hospital. She took really great care of me and saved my leg from amputation. I feel that I owe her alot and/or my life. Just want to say thanks for all you didi for me.

My brother was hospitalized in Premier LTAC for almost 2 months. I wanted to say the medical team were very attentive and caring. I even saw one of them had tears when explaining my brother's condition to me, as his prognosis wasn't good and he is not with us anymore, but that level of emotions showed to me they really care about their patients. His case manager made a few video calls happen by using her own cell phone as I live in another city, so they really went the extra mile. Thank you Brenda and thanks to your team for everything you did for my brother.

I have never been more happy with a facility than I was with Premier Speacialty. The staff of nurses and CNAs were amazing. From the start they were friendly and caring. The staff from Brenda, Tina, Fatima, Mrs. Edith (as i always called her), im sure im missing names, were the best care providers i've seen in a facility. Thank you all for taking good care of my wife during her long stay with you.

I truly don't know where to start, the staff that work here are angels I swear. I can never thank them enough for the care and encouragement they give patient's. You are treated like family here. Brenda went above and beyond fighting with my insurance. I can never thank her enough. I spent Christmas and nye there and Edith, Fatima, Tina, Juanita, Yen (who was amazing during my freak out before my second surgery in a week), and all the cna's helped me with my homesickness. I couldn't of spent those major holidays with anyone better.
The place is amazingly clean, I swear they would pass a white glove test thats how clean the cleaning crew keeps this place.
The drs check on their patients daily and are a phone call away.
I am always freaked out about hospitals but Premier doesn't feel like a hospital. I can't say enough about this place. I also can't say a single bad thing about Premier Specialty hospital. They even treated my husband like he was part of the Premier family. This place is that great.
I am very happy to go home, but I am sad to leave the staff here. I have a lot more surgeries ahead of me and I know I will be back. If I am being honest I look forward to being at Premier Specialty hospital because they will take the best care my needs. If I have to be admitted to a hospital I want it to be Premier Specialty, because I don't have to worry about anything.

Great staff! Knowledgeable, Professional, Attentive and Caring. My mom tells me every day how she loves the staff.

My mother was involved in a very serious vehicle accident. She spent weeks in the emergency room and I was surprised she was being released in the condition she was in. She had a trachea, feeding tube, catheter and neck brace. She was not mobile at all. I was given the option of 3 long term acute health care hospitals. I visited another one first and I was not impressed. The second one I visited was Premiere. I was pleasantly surprised right away. The hospital was very clean, smelled good and the staff was very friendly. I met the Case Manager Brenda and she gave me a tour of the facility. I was happy to know that on this tour the person showing me around was actually going to be a person that was going to be caring for mom. After meeting with Brenda I was not interested in seeing the third hospital. I am incredibly grateful for the all the caregivers that helped mom. Mom had nothing but nice things to say about everyone! Me personally, I would like to give an honorable mention to Brenda the Case Manager and to Norma the Respiratory Therapist whom also double as part of the administration. Saying “Thank you” just isn’t enough for what they’ve done for us! For what it’s worth, Thank you!

Excellent reception by case manager clean facilities and warm staff. Brenda case manager very professional and through in her job! Great location to come to after surgery!

This was my first surgery and, at the surgical center the staff was very welcoming and made sure that I was calm. Then I had to stay at the hospital for 3 days and those three days I was in pain but the overnight nurses were attentive to my pain on the first night. The other nights I had stayed the staff was very sweet and cared about how I was feeling. Thankfully they both have a great staff

Brenda here is awesome I am very protective over my grandma and I really felt as if brenda was family and took such great care of her and best believe if your loved ones are such good hands with BRENDA

My wife was a patient here at this hospital. She was extremely sick but with the attentive care of all the staff, she has recovered enough for me to take her home. Special thank you to Brenda my case manager for helping us arrange her discharge, special thank you to Margarita for being so caring and answering the call light so quickly. Fatima RN was very kind and controlled her pain. All the staff attends with respect and quality care. Thank you all again.

This is our second time being here at Premier. My husband is the patient, he was admitted with respiratory issues. He had a trach which needed much attention. I feel the staff is knowledgeable and caring and made me feel safe. The care provided to my husband has helped him heal faster than I expected. The attention he has received has him feeling relaxed, resting and overall on his way to a full recovery. Premier has grown on me like family. The physicians are amazed With how
Quickly he is progressing. Premier will always be our first choice.

I came to this hospital a few weeks ago with a trach, a feeding tube and completely bedbound. I was very weak and in tremendous pain. The physical therapist and occupational therapist got me walking again. My pain is well controlled thanks to my nurses and nurse practitioner Lucia. Everyone has been very helpful and kind. They listen and care, I'm not just a number especially Brenda Melendez, my case manager. She came by daily to check on my. I am very grateful. I give this hospital a ten stars. The director of nursing, Russ, came by daily too. When do you ever see that. Thank you premier! I owe you my life.

I want to thank the nurses for being kind and offering me a helping hand during my recovery. I was a patient for three weeks and feel it is a Miracle to be here. I want to thank all the staff from nurses to nurse practitioners to cna's to therapist and even the house keepers. My experience was beyond a five star.

Excellent respiratory care by RT Norma, best OT and PT by Sam and Damaris. Case manager Brenda Melendez went way above to help me get the help I needed. CNA Maria answered my light quickly. My nurses were very attentive with pain management. Highly recommended facility.

My husband received excellent care and I received excellent assistance from the nursing staff and Brenda Melendez. Brenda went above and beyond to help me navigate the healthcare system. I’m actually sad that he’s being transferred somewhere else.

My experience was great. The care and the staff were very compassionate and caring. Anything I asked for they were on top if it. I asked for coffee for breakfast one and everyday after that I had a cup in my
tray. Brenda
and Noel worked a miracle getting me into the rehabilitation hospital. I would highly recommend Premier Specility Hospital! I want to thank each and everyone one that worked with me. You all have a very special place in my heart.
