My experience was excellant! Every step of the process was done in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. My front door is beautiful! I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

I call this company because I got an emergency to fix one of my doors, exceeding my expectations, quick service & very trustworthy. I will definitely call them again.

Low quality materials were used, they mispainted the doors and had to repaint everything which significantly delayed the installation, and to top it all off they left and never finished the job. Very disappointed.

Premier Window and Door installed Larson storm door in front and Larson patio storm doors in back. There were issues with loud squeaky hinges and door lock that would not lock completely.
They returned a couple days later and resolved the issues to my great satisfaction.
IF I could give 10 STARS I WOULD!

Did a fast window replacement for very cheap price. Even when the replacement was an emergency.

I’m going Diana Balbuena says one thing while Raul Robledo says another. At the end, the job is not completed on time and is done wrong. Installers were talking to Mr. Robledo on speaker phone about our complaints and Mr Robledo started saying cuss words. The job end never completed, we never got the warranty for the door. Mr. Robledo told me he would call me the next day after the office opens never got a call! If one ever does business with this company get everything written in detail.

Called, asked for a quote, sent them my choice of door. They said they'd send me a quote, didn't hear from them! Very unprofessional

I’m very happy with the service I received from Premier Windows and Doors. They are very professional.

Very responsive and professional company, got the estimate right away and was able to schedule within a week. The construction worker arrived on time as promised and the former window was replaced with a brand new door. Any damages to the stucco was needly repaired and painted. Will definitely call them again for any window and door work that needs to be done to my home! Good job guys!

Needed some screens in my windows, came two times to measure, when they came first time, the screens did not fit windows, second time they brought the screens, I had to return one because did not fit well, had a gap on the top so did not fit well. Poor service.

I purchased new windows and a French Style Sliding Door from Premier Windows and Doors of El Paso. Raul and his team did an excellent and professional job in the removal and installation of my new double pane windows, and added a new gorgeous sliding door to an existing window and single door. Now my home is beautiful inside and out! I highly recommend Premier Windows and Doors to anyone who is considering replacing their windows or adding a gorgeous new door to thier home. Thanks to everyone at Premier Windows and Doors for making this process a positive and wonderful experience!
