Very incompetent place. I don’t know who runs this place but I’m surprised it’s still open. They have had my blood test for 2 days and they have lied and said someone will call me and nobody calls. This place is very unprofessional and stay far away from this place.

This place is the absolute worse! I waited over 2 hours just for a drug screen. The workers here all talk and play when the lobby is full. I mean they literally take their time like we don’t have other things to do besides wait hours just to take a piss.

The worst service ever. First appointment scheduled was for a physical. The front desk told me I would have to come back at another time because this was a new patient appointment and not for my physical (my insurance covers physicals). To my surprise the PA performed the physical. I had to ask for a refund and because the front desk staff is incompitent, I had to make multiple calls. During the physical the PA recommend I do an at home Cologuard test and later received a bill from Cologuard for over $600. When I called Premier and questioned the bill they couldn't be bothered with me and said "you're just going to have to call Cologuard. " When I called Cologuard they informed me Premier never provided my insurance information. Yes this was an easy fix but could have been avoided if Premier was capable of doing their job. Then after waiting 3 months for the results I had to call Premier for the cologuard results because they couldn't bother to do their job and call me. This place sucks! I DO NOT reccommend!

I've been to this location many times on different occasions the stuff is so my opinion a in and out for me. I would highly recommend.

Been sitting here for two hours for a pre-employment drug test. Was here yesterday and told to return today. Had people that came in after me (with no appointment) go in before me. Great.

Here for a TB Test and waiting for over 1.5 hrs. This is basic. Takes a few minutes to preform.

If there is a less than 1 star that should be the rating. I am not sure how a company can still have a waiting time of 2 hours for a simple test that would be less than 1min. Walking in with a sign in sheet but no one sitting in the desk and says I should have talked to someone but there is a sign in sheet. And front desk asks you to come back again and this is the second time for me to come back.
The management of this company should take a look at how can they make time efficient.have systems. At this point of time sitting in waiting room of the clinic for 2 hours to be called is not acceptable anymore. And train front desk for customer experience.

Went in for a pre employment drug screen thinking it'd be easy. I waited over 3 hours til I couldn't hold my pee anymore! Since others in the room said theyd been waiting 4 hours I decided to pee and come back another time. They convinced me to stay by saying I am next. Which was confusing considering 4 people there before me. I was called back and one woman sitting beside me was enraged and yelling at me too. I had waited so long I was able pee again. Staff was smug and slow despite the wait. My urine was rejected and I was told If I didn't stay for a 3rd pee now I'd auto fail. I sat drinking water another 30 minutes while the angry woman finally took her test. Not awkward at all seeing everyone handing their pee to the smug employee. Maria treats customers very unhuman. After so long I squirted out any pee I could. Obviously it was diluted so I'd just wasted my day. She even wrote on the results? Human urine? Like I submitted animal urine. I'd never step foot in this establishment ever in my life. Do not go here unless you enjoy misery.

By far the worst. Absolutely do NOT recommend. Almost everyone in this office has a terrible attitude and does not care about the patients.
