15Worst experience ever never in my life been turned down for a apartment they kept my money for week’s coming from Chicago renting apartments is totally different how is it a second chance apartment I’m 42 had a few fights in my 20’s I have one felony almost 20 yrs ago and was denied from this shabby run down roach infested apartment complex don’t waste your money here James was cool not his fault but this place is the most unprofessional apartment complex ever regret wasting my money and time
Well they could never fix my problem with this complex I did not like the way the manager talked to my parents I would never talk to someone that way it was very unprofessional
Myself and my roommate had been looking around for an apartment for the last month and heard about the Preserve at Westchase. So today we had a chance to go in and talk with one of the staff Mrs. Kia. I have to say her professionalism was so outstanding and answered every question that we had. So we have finally stop looking because we are definitely applying for this community. Kia you have really sold us. Thanks for all your help
VERY NICE AND QUITE MS TAMMY IS NEW MANAGEMENT AND HAS MAS ALOT OF CHANGES SHE VERY SWEET AND TRYS TO WORK WITH ALL HER TENANTS MY KIDS AND I LOVE IT HER GETTING MAINTENANCE CAN BE A TINY BIT DELAYED JUST BEING HONEST BUT OVER ALL NO WERE IS PERFECT I RECOMMEND HERE TO MY FRIENDS ALL THE TIME WAY BETTER TGEN MY LAST PLACE
My experience so far has been a good one with Barbara. She is quite personable, good customer service, and responsible to make sure residents concerns are addressed on time.
Ms. Barbara is so professional and polite and very helpful and a clean office and great attitude and awesome customer service ooowee she deserve a raise are promotion.
The worst place I have ever lived. The management is made of the most rudest and most incompetent group of people who have ever lived. Tammy is a liar and unprofessional. The homes are unsafe and they don’t keep up with maintenance. Don’t move in here unless you like getting robbed. Management will hit you with fees and extra charges that aren’t written in your lease and then not tell you about them. Then, only after a month, they’ll say you owe a balance but, will lock you out of the payment portal so that also can’t pay the fees you supposedly owe. And then, they’ll charge you even more fees on top of that. This place is run by dishonest people.
Horrible about answering the phone or getting any information on apartment prices and they do not have good customer service skills. Never got to speak with the management. Just overall a ghetto environment.
Do not move in these apartments I been staying here for 7 years and I have ask them to take care of the mold smell in my home no one have took action or attempted to show any concern. They give you all these do’s and don’t’s but don’t want to fix anything or show any concern. Please don’t waste your money on this complex. My next step is to contact the Mayor about this issue.
Tammy in the leasing office is great! She was so helpful. I was moving from Oklahoma City and she made the process so smooth and easy for me and was very accommodating! I love my apartment it's very nice and the whole complex looks great! Thanks Tammy!
Move in at your own risk Management is HORRIBLE. They say they are under new management but they are still owned by Wehener. Boiler goes out at least once a month and it takes weeks to fix. We've been stuck with no hot water more times than I can count. Work orders get ignored, apartments have bad foundation and manager has no common sense she's in need of immediate training. She is clueless on running a property. Apartments are roach infested, moldy and full of crime. They have "Security" that walk around with guns and riffles out. Feels like I'm in a third world country. Management makes up charges and then get offended when you contest them. Getting out of my lease
Ezra is very knowledgeable and quick on his feet with information. With his personality and smile he made it feel like I’ve found my home.
Melonie is always helpful and assists when something is needed. She's friendly and polite and makes living here a great experience. If you're looking to move in ask for Melonie.
These apartments are heaven sent. Mr. Ezra has been very helpful with the entire process. Great customer service. I definitely recommend moving here. They make you feel very welcome.
