I sign for move in n when i was ready n they give me the keys I open the door to a nasty carpets w urine smelll toilets w pubic hair n blood n a living room area w the roof falling I close the door went to the office n she just keep saying is clean I told her u have to come n look I'm not mad just accept is no clean some one used the restrooms n send someone to clean the toilets I m not saying is your fault maybe the
maintance told you u they did n they dndt so told her if is gonna stay like that w th roof like that can b dangerous she say yesthey would fixed but how ima stay like that since the beginning she say the apartment was ready n i dnt get a ready apartment I told her I cant live w this carpets nobody can't n can't stay w the roof is dangerous can falling over our heads or something she just replay u sign the contract u have to yes the contract is 2 ways u give what u offer on the contract n i do what is require but I'm no getting a ready apartment no apology I feel scammed n this is fraud cause i was ready to move in apartment offer nni got a nasty place w a falling roof i understand sometimes is no perfect n they fixe stuff w the time hut a least the safety has to be done like the roof can't rent some like that to people so I decided lose my deposit cause n she keep defending saying well u sign yes I did for a apartment in safety conditions no for this is a totally scammed this is fraud

Toya and raene were super nice and helped me and family find and offordable yet local apartment for this area. Hope someone finds the same satisfaction that I got.

Presidio Flats I have to say has the best staff Latoya she has been nothing but wonderful I have has such a hard time finding an apartment and I called and spoke to her and she said come on in and now doing the whole application. She is friendly and gave me so much information and working hard to get me in fast! Best place by far

I stopped by to see about a 2 bed room and Latoya was very helpful and had a great attitude also gave helpful information about the process of applying. Thanks

If I could give this place 0 I would. They are disgusting apartment, refuse to do maintenance, and are just ghetto. Cant use the park because its never clean and there are needles everywhere. Pool is gross and there are roaches everywhere. Get a real manager not a little girl that cant keep track of things.

The lady in the office, Rainy (?) is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and super sweet!
