6I scheduled an appointment here to have my suit cleaned for a friend's wedding that was the weekend coming up. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! I was Furious. I had to clean and press it myself.
They are very efficient and reliable. Their prices are a little high.
After my dryer gave up i had a bunch of laundry piled up. Press cleaners came to my rescue, picked up all my laundry yesterday and dropped them off today. 10/10 would definitely recommend. They did a great job with it and everything smells amazing! Will most definitely use their service again
I use this company for my company’s dry cleaning needs. I love that they come/ return quickly and quietly. I don’t like having to be present when a service is just picking up something and Press just picks it up and brings it back. It’s great. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I think they are a little pricey for dry cleaning.
I ordered dry cleaning pick up and delivery. Once the clothes were returned, I put on my suit jacket and the collar was a mess, not laying down properly, and the lining was loose in the stitching around the wrists as well as inside. They picked up and redelivered the next day, and while the collar was fixed, the suit jacket had then shrunk. My $1000 suit is no longer wearable. I emailed them 5 days ago about how to proceed at this point and have not received an answer.
Clothes delivered a day late. Missing clothing. Took hours for someone from Press to respond to us - still waiting on where our missing items are. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend - overall grade: F.
