Prestige Auto Clinic, Lewisville TX

I had a pretty great experience with Prestige Auto Clinic. I brought my car in for a loud "humming" noise when driving on the highway. Dropped it off on a late Monday evening (like 15 minutes before closing time late.). Had a quote by Tuesday afternoon. Repairs were completed the next day before closing.

During my experience, I received great service, hospitality (very unexpected, but there was an older man who offered me candy and fruit while I waited to drop off my car-like I was a visitor in his home type feeling-super kind), and the repairs needed were explained to me in a patient and un-rushed manner by Garlen, the owner. I actually brought my car in after getting higher quote from another place. Garlen told me what he thought was the priority repairs and actually needed after inspecting my car. The waiting area is also clean, bright, and orderly, which I really appreciated.

I'm not an expert in car repair quotes, but the prices I received seemed competitive, fair, and affordable ($75 for an oil change, which is cheaper than the Vavoline I usually go to, < $270 for transmission fluid change for my Forester 4WD).

Huge plus that they are opened on Saturdays! I will happily be a repeat customer. Thank you so much Garlen for a great experience!

The nicest and most trustworthy company I ever met. Kia Dealership (I know, I’ll never go again) told me fix alternator for $2000 but prestige said it was fine and found another problem and fixed for $200. Very polite and understanding when I couldn’t pick car up immediately and kept gated until I came. Big plus is they’re open until 6 on weekdays and open on SATURDAY! Hard to find but I found our forever car mechanic! Thanks again Prestige!

Today is 11-9-23 and I had my truck die on me on 11-7-23 and I had it towed to Prestige Auto Clinics new location in Lewisville. These guys amaze me! They had it fixed a day after they had it diagnosed. The price was extremely fair and the family is so kind!
