Prestige Clinic (Heidi Mir, MD,PA), Allen TX

This is the second time I have had an email sent from this office saying that doctor so and so has an opening for new patients within about 2 weeks and to call the office. So again, I called the office and gave my information and waited for a call back to confirm my app date. For the second time, I had to call them just to have front desk personnel claim ignorance and say no doctor has any availability and someone should not have told you they did.

It wasn't a spam email sent to me. I physically typed an email to them, and someone replied, saying there was availability. Also on the bluecross blue shield te as website listed this place and said they are accepting patients. So they flat out lie to you.

I wanted to try this establishment out due to a personal friend's recommendation, but this is not impressive by any case.

Telehealth service is a mismanaged mess. The desk staff is rude and disorganized, it almost seems like they act purposely incompetent just so they can charge you fee after fee for their own mishaps. Blaming the patient for your own ineptitude is not a good look for your business btw. Do not go here!

I love Dr. Riehl, but the desk staff on the other hand has been nothing but horrible. I’ve recently called about them charging me a no show fee although I was waiting on the website they sent me. Then to be told off saying it’s my fault and they stopped using the site a long time ago. I was never sent a message or email about this, I rescheduled for the next week. When I went to call to cancel the appointment they sent me straight to voicemail! After you call once they’ll listen after that they will NOT. I now need to figure out HOW to cancel any of my appointments when they will not pick up the phone. Nothing but disrespect especially on calls!

I’ve been seeing a provider here since February. Nothing ever changes, I can even get return emails back when asking for referrals. I feel brushed off and not listened to. The provider will frequently pawn me off to another provider who has no history or recollection of my issues. She barely talks in the session and my core concerns still have not been addressed.

We paid the $150 office visit fee up front because the office staff wasn't able to verify benefits for the new insurance. I was told that once they were able to verify I would get refunded. Here I am, 3 months later, I have called multiple times with promises that someone will call me back, no one ever calls back. When I called yesterday I found out that they switched systems during the time all this was going on, so the issue is that they can't find where the insurance paid them, even though I confirmed with BCBS it was paid. Just called for the 3rd time this week, they will call me back.yeah right.
