Prestige Dermatology of Arlington reviews
7Hong Do was Very impersonal and seems to be in a rush, our consultation was literally like 3 minutes. I told them I had other issues I wanted to discuss besides the main concern.as soon as she saw my rash she tried to convince me it was poison Ivy, gave me a prescription and walked out without asking about the other issues I had mentioned or even if I have any other questions for her. Furthermore I expressed concerns that I didn’t believe the rash was poison Ivy and she didn’t offer any other alternative testing to determine what the rash actually was. As of my visit I have had more rash and will instead go elsewhere instead of spending my money here.
3 minute body skin check. Very impersonal and expensive.
Very nice receptionist.
Whatever you do, do NOT see Hong Do at Prestige Dermatology of Arlington. She has absolutely no clue what she is doing, it's a joke. I went in with a facial bacterial infection I got from getting a facial at Hey Day Med Spa in Southlake, already had some ointment that was working, but needed a dermatologist diagnosis for my case against the facialist.the wounds were significant and I have large scars on my face. She had no clue what it was, even though I brought the topical meds that worked, and were specifically for the certain infection I had.and prescribed me 72 pills of antibiotics! SEVENTY-TWO! She also prescribed meds for a yeast infection. I didn't take a single thing she prescribed, and was healed with the topical antibiotic I already had. She also never returned any of my emails, or calls when I wanted to confirm I should really take 72 pills. She knows about as much about dermatology as anyone walking past you on the street. It's actually scary that someone might trust a "doctor" stand in and take that many antibiotics and totally ruin their natural good bacteria, causing way more issues. Please be safe, and do not see this woman who knows nothing. She could cause you more harm than good.
Please consider another dermatologist before choosing Dr. Pham. They put my health at risk and refuse to accept accountability.
The facility and care are both top notch. My son and I are both patients here and are very pleased with the services.
Front staff is nice but the nurse was rude and prices are extremely high for low value services.
Had the greatest outcome I could have hoped for, the medication they prescribed worked immediately. It's like she knows what she is talking about!
