Went to Prestige Emergency Room because I was dizzy for about a day. I always go there when I feel bad. They always take good care of me. Too bad they no longer take Medicare.

The staff at this ER is great! I had to go again today for an emergency and they made me feel listened to and heard. My praises to the team for always going above and beyong to care for us.
Upon arrival, the doors were locked & shut, even though it was past 6 am. I had to call to have them let me in. Dr. Arnett was amazing, and thorough. However, the nurse on shift was extremely rude and turned the positive experience into a negative one.
The nurses and doctors are kind and courteous! They take care of your medical needs in a timely manner.
