Prestige ER Plano Emergency Room

My fiancé and I went to this ER after getting into a golf cart accident. We came in with some pretty serious wounds on our knees and ankles. Upon arriving we were immediately tended to by both nurse Rebekah & Dr. Wu. Both were very kind & attentive. They provided great care and were very time efficient. The following day Dr. Wu called to follow up as well. I would highly recommend this place- they take all insurances, provide great up to date care, they’re very kind and caring, and the overall environment was very clean and comfortable. We thank you!

Got in very quick. Staff listened to my concerns. Johnathan, my nurse, kept me in good spirits and had a great bedside manner. Definitely would recommend Prestige ER in Plano!

As of right now I'm still waiting on my itemized bill. I went for an EKG and blood work. I was billed 26k! Wth. The emergency visit alone without any lab work, just for stepping inside cost me 17k.

The staff was kind and caring. I was seen with no wait. They addressed my medical need promptly. They took the time to ensure that the medication they gave me was working before I was discharged instead of just pushing me out the door. They are a true example of what emergency care should be.

DO NOT GO HERE. THEY BILLED ME 85 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR 4 LAB TESTS, AND INCORRECTLY DIAGNOSED ME. GO TO A REAL HOSPITAL! I WENT TO AN ACTUAL HOSPITAL AND FOR THE SAME LAB TESTS THEY ONLY BILLED ME 3K. THIS PLACE IS RIPPING YOU OFF AND THEIR DOCTORS AREN’T ACTUAL DOCTORS

Excellent care. From start to finish the staff was so kind and accommodating. Everything was quick and the Dr.was so nice and professional. Definitely would recommend.

The experience was great, everyone was very helpful and nice especially the RN. Ms. Terri she was very patient with me and uplifting!

The best Medical care you can find in Plano the staff is incredible. Thank you so much for making me feel better.

Everyone was very polite and worked very fast and made sure I was ok, they talked me through everything and made it very easy and quick.

The doctor and nurses were helpful, prompt, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The front desk staff was rude, uncaring, and very slow in the wake of our emergency.

Wonderful how I felt to not be turned away. Unlike other urgent care places made me feel unwanted cause they close early.the nurse and doctor especially the front desk made me feel welcomed and to treat me fast and at ease. Definitely recommend an ER urgent care that’s open 24hrs like this one! Thank you for taking care of me.

Speedy service and polite staff, however I paid for a covid, flu and strep test which I received a false negative. On the ride home I was feeling horrible so I took a at home test that instantly came up positive. 400 down the drain for a test that wasn't properly taken and I can't be reimbursed by my job because of the false reading on my paperwork.

I had a bad day yesterday, falling off a Uhaul truck.right smack on my back onto the concrete of the alleyway. My head was the probem.it was bleeding profusely for some time. Prestige ER really helped me. They made me feel better.addressed the wound, gave me a CT, and stapled me up. They were very professional. The place was immaculate. Thank you, Dr. Wu, Shanita, and Makeda. I feel better now!

Very nice professional every was pleasant took care of me even though they do not take Medicare I was able to be seen make sure they take your insurance I have to pay later 600.00
Did not expect that but they took care of me staff wonderful thank you to the Dr and staff!

I love the way I was treated not as a number but as a patient.
From the start to the end, I was happy with the service. I am recovering very well and thanks for the follow up. I highly recommend this place.

Aside from needing to go to an ER, this was a great visit. The staff took excellent care of me, and were very prompt in delivering care. If I ever need to go to the ER, this is where I will go and recommend others to do the same!
