Prestige Janitorial has been taking care of our multi-tenant office building for several years now, and we've been very pleased. They provide an excellent service at a reasonable price, and they are also incredibly accommodating when there are changes to be made. Our cleaning crew is led by Jose, and he is wonderful. He always goes above and beyond. For example, we had a sewage leak that he identified and immediately contacted us to make sure we were aware. And, he waited for the emergency plumber to arrive to explain exactly what he saw and where he believed the leak was coming from. Anytime Jose notices something that needs our attention, he takes the time to make sure we are notified, which has been very helpful on numerous occasions. I highly recommend Prestige Janitorial to anyone that wants reliable service at a reasonable price from people they can trust. Excellent company!

Prestige has been taking care of our facility for the last 2+ years, and although we've had different employees servicing our facility during that time, we've always found them to be very kind and hard working. It's very nice to be able to rely on Prestige to take care of us, and in all this time they've never missed a day of work.

It is hard to find a cleaning company that is consistent and reliable. We have found this with Prestige. They are great with communication and address concerns quickly. Communication is key in any relationship and with Prestige they excel in this area. Our office feels clean, looks clean and smells clean.

We hired Prestige to take care of our neighborhood community area and they have done an excellent job! Landon, our account manager, is super friendly, communicative, open to feedback, and goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of! Our site manager, JC, is super thorough in his cleanings and takes pride in making sure our community pool deck and bathrooms look great! Pricing is also very fair! Cannot recommend them enough!

Prestige Janitorial has been our cleaning service at our Urgent Care for over a year and we could not be happier. They are always on time, consistent, they listen to what we want done, there are sporadic inspections by their manager and if we ever have an issue it is handled right away. The customer service is outstanding.

Our business utilized Prestige on a once a week basis to keep our front offices, break room, and bathrooms clean and they were fantastic. If they service your area, I would highly recommend giving them a call for at least a consultation appointment.

I cannot say ENOUGH about how wonderful our experience has been with Prestige Janitorial! We opened The Range in McKinney in November 2022 and were in a mad dash to get post construction grime cleaned so we contacted Sarah. She quickly came out for an assessment and got back to us with a quote. Within a short time, we had a team out to help us get our building ready for opening.
Since then, Chad has been our point of contact and manages cleaning crews and scheduling. He is never hard to contact and if he misses a call, he gets back to me quickly.
We have an AMAZING team who comes in three times a week. Maricruz, Fatima, and Ibeth always do fantastic work and with such great dedication. They all work so hard to help make The Range in McKinney shine for our customers. We appreciate the hard, and wonderful work these ladies do for us every week. Supervisor is easily accessible and responds quickly. Communication is wonderful. Cleaning is great too.

Prestige has done a superb job on our ESD floor. The floor was dirty and failed ESD test, after the crew was done, it looked brand new and passed ESD test. A very impressive company who does honest, hard work with pride and delivers superb results. Thanks, we'll be calling you back for regular cleaning and waxing.

Landon and his people do excellent work. Extremely responsive and flexible to meet business needs. If, and it's rare, there is an issue, they are super quick to correct it. I would give 6 stars if I could. They take care of multiple businesses lines for my company, and I have never been happier with any cleaning company.
