Here is my experience —

I have been working with Tracy Johnson at Prestige Staffing since very long time now. She knows exactly what the requirement is and where you fit in.
Not only once but multiple times she has helped me in finding the right project that too within a week time.

I highly recommend them, at least worth a try.

Untrustworthy employment agency. Do not trust Abby or Brooke (HR manager). Make sure all details on your contract is as stated in the conversation you discussed with your recruiters at this facility.

Do no trust the negative reviews. I have worked with Maddie M.at Prestige for years now and have nothing but great things to say about her and her recruiting team. I have watched them drop what they were doing for the most purple of squirrels for me as a client, and for candidates that were in dire straits and needed their support. I have watched them succeed in environments that literally 99.9% of the staffing agencies out there have failed in. I would highly recommend having a conversation with Maddie or Claire if you need help as a client or from a candidate perspective.

Love working with Patty Holden at Prestige Staffing. She has always recruited the best candidates for my company to hire and she is my go to whenever I have staffing needs!

Total waste of time. Dont even consider talking to them on the phone.

Betrayal of trust! - As a technical professional, I try to build a relationship with and a level of trust in the recruiters I work with so they know me and how I operate. This generally helps to prevent surprises and wasting of time on opportunities that aren't a good fit. My experience with Prestige left me felling used and betrayed. The recruiter told the client things about me that, not only did the client not need to know, but that made me look bad because she got the details wrong. We went over the details multiple times and she acknowledged them and signaled her understanding, but reported them to the client either backwards or totally incorrectly. You should be able to trust that your recruiter has, not only the intelligence to know what details to share and not to share, but the professionalism to be your advocate instead of a loose lipped blabber-mouth. Beware of Claire and Robin at Prestige.
