They did a great job and were very efficient and helpful. No problems at all. Chris was a great help. Have had service done here a few times.

I usually do my oil changes myself but I didn’t have the time so I decided to take my car here. First off they are extremely overpriced. They charged me $110 for a synthetic oil change when the dealer only charges about $80 for the same oil change. I brought that up to them and he tried telling me the dealer doesn’t use synthetic oil, which is a lie. If you’re more expensive than the dealership you’re doing something wrong.

The tech also told me my brakes needed to be changed.which is a lie because I had them changed literally less than a month ago. Funny thing is he didn’t even check the brakes he just figured I’d never changed them and he could pull a fast one on me.

After I told him my brakes were fine he went on to my air filter. He said even though it was clean that brand of filter I had isn’t good and I need to use whatever brand they carry.

After all that he tried to tell me that my oil was in “bad condition” even though I change my oil every 5k miles on the dot. How is my oil going to be “bad” when I change it twice as often as the manufacturer recommends.

These people are con artists and you should avoid them at all costs. They literally treated me like I was stupid the entire time.

Overcharged me when I wanted to use a Groupon. My $30 turned into $112. I needed the oil change but rest assured I will not be returning. Such a shame

Went there for engine oil change, it was quick. But they forgot to put the nuts back in for the air filter section (they did an inspection of air filter and cabin filter). Have to again get back in and it was fixed. Not sure if Groupon coupon has to do anything with the service provided, otherwise it was ok

Once I wouldn’t fall for the scheme of replacing my oil filter and cabin filter the employee was rude. I noticed my windshield wiper cable was not attached with the hood open I tried to reconnect it. I’m short, so I said do you mind re-attaching that real quick? The guy snapped back “I’m sure they can do that where you take your car next” WOW. The guy right before me was told he also needed his air filter and cabin filter changed lol

First time customer today - called first, spoke with Carl (Leonard) - Carl was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. I went in the same day for oil change and state inspection. I was blown away at how fast I was in/out for BOTH oil change and state inspection.and I didn't have an appointment. Awesome. Carl walked me around my vehicle and thoroughly explained what was done and I can honestly say that Carl took great care of me. This, by far, has been one of the best customer experiences that I've had in years getting my vehicle serviced. I usually dread going to get my car serviced thinking that I would be taken advantage of I'm a woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars. Carl made me feel like a boss when he explained the various components under my hood and its recommended service schedule. I also met the mgr Troy and Troy also provided great customer service and he made sure I got my coupon discount that I found online. I love that! Both Carl and Troy provided courteous, efficient, fast in/out service and were very professional. I would recommend this Kwik Kar location at Spring Creek/Preston in Plano to anyone needing the services that they provide.

The staff was quick and efficient! Rick diagnosed the issues going on with the air and cabin filter and what could happens if i did not get them changed. I was in out of the business in a timely manor! You are missing out if you go anywhere else

I regret taking my car to this shop. I was charged for parts and labor, in the end, they got my car damaged. I took it back to them the second time and they got it damaged the more. I refuse to go back the third time as I can’t stand their act of irresponsible.

On April 7,2021 I took my vehicle to Kwik Kar for a state inspection. I noticed the car bay and the grate cover was steep and deformed (bowing up). Due to my vehicle being lowered on aftermarket suspension, I warned the technician to be careful. The technician assured me that a technician guides another technician into the car bay so it shouldn't be an issue. After stepping inside the waiting area, a technician gets into the vehicle and drives straight into the car bay with no supervision as previously assured to me. As a result, the car bottomed out on the crate and caused damages worth $449.55. A written agreement from the store manager agreeing to pay for damages was not fulfilled. Multiple attempts were made to try and resolve this manner to no avail after more than 1 month. If estimated damage payout is resolved, I will consider redacting this review.

Work was done, but wasn’t happy with my concerns being addressed. Brian kept promising and wouldn’t communicate properly and then he was upset. Gave them $1650 work from extended warranty folks and didn’t even negotiate with them, still left couple of things off. After work was done ok AC and Heater- my front lights weren’t connected back. Who doesn’t check that? Then he was upset and told me off for some reason. Hour turned into 9 hours and then had to come back next day, then wanted to charge another $100 that he never told me day before. I believe they took advantage of my being a nice guy and kept putting things off by saying have you ever worked on cars. Then atleast communicate rightly with the customers so that they don’t have surprises later. Anyways this location I’m done, no thank you. Owners are pretty nice but will be taking my repairs else where. No one talks to me rudely because they can’t communicate Witt clients right, and then don’t own up and not even see the trouble customers couldn’t gone through while not having lights while traveling to Tyler TX, half was done no lights connected. It was kinda frustrating and then Called me Cheap. I was done.

Michael who I think is one of the managers there is one of the most helpful person at this location. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem and had my complete rotor and brake and oil change done within the hour. Now the car is braking and handling 10x better. I also noticed he knocked out other vehicles at the same time and gives A+ quality work. If you have anything going on I highly recommend going here and speaking with Michael.

Mike and Brian are fantastic! I came in with an issue with my 4wd system on my Jeep they found the problem within 10 minutes and got me squared away! I highly recommend anyone to come see them. Very clean shop and professional.

These guys were great. They found my break issue and didn't charge me a dime. I came back later in the day and had it fixed. Great service and great prices. I highly recommend.

They were supposed to preform a rear differential fluid exchange but they only remove about 8 ounce of fluid. Be careful using this location because they will ruin your vehicle

Took my vehicle in with all sorts of problems. A/C not working, brakes completely worn, needing an oil change and some type of electrical issue. Mike was quick to diagnose the problem and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed and made sure I approved before completing the work. Great quality work gave me peace of mind and all without breaking the bank. Mike and his guys take extremely good care of their customers!

I went to this location for them to do a tune up, oil change, and fix my oil pressure sensor. Originally i was told by two different people that they would waive the charge on the sensor because i had to go back 3 additional times and lie in the end to charge me and then then only waive 15.

The guys at Kwik Kar will take good care of you! I went in mid-week with some issues that they didn’t have time to tackle (it was an hour to closing), but Brian put air in my tires for free and arranged for me to bring the car back in. They made time on a busy Saturday to take care of the big issues - my A/C, which had blown a fuse, my glitching stereo, and they also replaced a blinker light and my front brake pads, and checked a few other elements, all in about an hour and for an amazing price! They made me feel heard and important, they were honest, and they were efficient. Mike and Brian personally took interest in my car’s needs and made sure they were all addressed. Plus, the location is great and the waiting room is super clean and felt safe and socially distanced. Very happy to have found a place I can trust to bring my car every time in the future!

The best place out there! They were able to check my car's lights and fix an electrical wire and were very kind to me! For knowing very little about cars, I was extremely cared for.
