23New office staff including Cassidy and the new manager Deborah, are VERY unprofessional and rude. Nothing like the previous manager Kayla. The units are old. They stopped keeping up with the exterior of the property, stopped answering the phone, would not email back. I went to the office to try to speak with someone about moving out, sent a 60 day notice, the manager would only speak to me through a closed door even though we both had masks on. Now that I’m moving out they’ve added outrageous cleaning charges and fees even though I did everything that was asked of me and unit was empty. Anything to get out of returning my deposit. DO NOT MOVE HERE, you will regret it.
The new manager, Debra, is very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had the pleasure of meeting Kayla once. My Aunt has been living there for about 3 years and anything that needed to be done, Kayla would be right on it. Unfortunately when quarantine happened, there began an issue of heavy smoking from a neighbor that wafts into my aunts apartment. Kayla was trying to be accommodating and worked with my aunt to remedy the issue. Since Debra started, there has been nothing done, even things that don't pertain to the smoke issue. Not only that, corporate was contacted and they've been completely unhelpful. I will be glad when my Aunt Katherine can leave this place. It's not the nicest to begin with, but at least previously there was a decent manager.
My husband and I chose a one bedroom apartment here as our first apartment. We're pretty happy with it! They replaced our oven/stove shortly after moving in because the previous one was old, and they installed a new dishwasher when ours wasn't draining properly. Noise doesn't transfer through the walls at all, which is nice, and we haven't encountered any insects or pests. We’ve always felt very safe, and our neighbors have always been kind. The staff here is excellent! From the maintenance guys to the sweet ladies in the office, we’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. We totally recommend this place!
Preston Village Corporate office holds your administration fees and any monies owed for 10-14 days. With technology being a push of a button. It is baffling they take this long to return money and less than 24 hours to take it out. Hmmmm! Makes you wonder what's the hold up! I am elated I did not move here. This type of slothfulness in business is unacceptable in 2020 when technology is at an all time high. SMH on your business practices!
Kayla and Deborah have been so great in the leasing office. When my fridge went out it was replaced the same day! Mauricio and Oscar were so nice and polite while installing it. Honestly one of the best apartments I've lived in. They really make you feel like family at Preston Village.
The office personnel are exceptionally kind and try to help in most situations. Maurice is a maintenance man and is so very kind and capable. I am always glad we he is the one who comes to take care of any problems I have in my apartment. I love living here
10 months ago we moved here, we had really bad exprience with privious mangment.she was very rude and irresposible. The Unit was not clean applience did not work when we moved!
After changing mangment everything has been changed. KAYLA M. (the new manger) is really awosem. She is friendly, professinal, helpful. BROKE is also nice & helpful. They made here as a great place for living. We love our appartemnt, prestonvilage comunity and we appriciat manger and office team.
The Staff here are great! Kayla answered all my questions and was very understanding. I'm glad I came across this place because I interviewed with 2 apartments before, this one by far was the best.
I have lived here for a year now and it is the best place for the price and location! Staff is courteous, professional, caring and prompt with all matters and issues I have had during my time! Love my place called HOME
I can not say enough good things about Preston Village. I have lived here 5years and will renew in June. Everyone from the office staff to the property maintenance team. I chose this community because it was close to my work and its so much more its like a extended family. The community has so many wonderful amenities to offer its residence which is a plus.
I would give them perfect 10 if it was an option.

I've had a good experience in here so far and would recommend Preston Village apartments. Great community with a very nice, professional and friendly management team.
In a time of desperation, the manager helped me find an apartment on last minute noticed. That was very much appreciated.
They showed us a model home but the apartment we rented was not clean and appliances were not working. We informed the management, Chasity, and she acted very irresponsible and didn't take the ownership of the issue. She didn't help at all.
I moved in about 2 weeks ago and so far everything has been perfect. The staff is very friendly too and made my move in expierence great. So far so good
I would really like to thank Preston Village for giving us the run around for 2 weeks before saying that your apps were denied. I'm saying thank you because if you hadn't did this to us we would've settled for living there and thinking we couldn't do any better, but we can and we did. Briargrove@Vail is awesome! So is management always on point communication is great, we will be moving into a great updated apt soon.

I called and ask was available they show me the apartment i wanted to see the one that i was going to been in advise me to call back so i could see it and the staff there have been very good to me and i sign an 2 yrs lease it very quite and plenty of parking love Cassie and Cassidy very help at all times
I am a current resident here and I find this place really nice. People in the leasing office are very cooperative.
Good staff. Old buildings. Lot of insects and bugs but will be taken care if complaints posted. All maintenance is prompt
Just signed another lease. Nothing but good to say. They are responsive to requests. This is my 3rd Richdale property in two cities.
I was a resident in this location for 2 years and left a very bad review for them in the first year. The first year I was there it was a disaster. No one would do anything to help people, non of the service requests were moving forward for days and weeks, and at the top of that the manager was extremely rude. I was about to move out at the end of first year, when they changed the manager, and I decided to stay for another year. The second year in this place was actually quite pleasant. The new management have done an awesome job taking care of the place. The apartments themselves are good apartments for the money you pay and are located in a safe neighborhood and has rather good equipment. Plus, when I moved out at the end of the second year, the move out process and the return of security deposit and closing the account was quite smooth, and they did not deduct from the security deposit under ridiculous excuses. I want to thank the new manager and the crew for making this place a good place to live and I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place in these price ranges.
