5 stars, the apartments are clean. Have plenty of room and management is very nice. Maricela helped me through the whole process she explained everything i needed. Overall she made the move in process very simple and she was very sweet.

Love living here apartments are nice and quiet staff is friendly and nice love it here period lol.

LOVE living here! Complex is quiet, clean, and nice floor plan with beautiful, big patio. Misty and Maricela whom are running the office are super nice, intelligent and efficient. They are knowledgeable and make the move in process painless! The two of them are very helpful! Absolutely recommend!

Just want share this coments about this new administration at Preston Villas Apts.
This Spanish girl thinks she white but she’s not.
Every time a Spanish person goes to the office she is very unfair with them.

But when a white folks step into their office she worship them.
She needs to be replaced.

Leasing agents were great. I love my place it was clean, move in was easy. The property is very quite and clean.

I have been very happy with my move into these apartments. They are spacious and comfortable, the process was fairly easy, and I feel safe and comfortable in the complex. My neighbors are all very nice and welcoming as well!

I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease. This community is very quiet, the pool is always clean and there is plenty of parking. Highly recommend moving here.

Misty was wonderful. Although there was a small mishap in the move in process, overall the team is nice, as is the property. Well-kept, friendly neighbors, nice pool. No complaints. Happy with my choice.

I enjoy living here. The office and maintenance staff are great! I appreciate how quick they respond to any problems. Keep up the great work!

This is a nice place to live. When something needs to be taken care of, they (office/maintenance) take care of the problem in a reasonable time period. People on the end we live on pretty much stay to our selves. We greet each other but that's all I've seen.

Me & my husband LOVE living in Preston Villas! Neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is quiet & safe! Misty & Maricella were so wonderful during the application process & getting us all moved in! 10/10 would definitely recommend Preston Villas! (:

Probably the dumbest way of qualifying new residents I have ever experienced. We almost filled out an application, but then we found this out. Your credit doesn’t matter. Your rental history doesn’t matter. Your income matters, but most importantly, you must have 1 solid year of work history with no gaps! We have great credit, we have perfect rental history and we have the money. We moved from out of state and took 2 months to get settled in the area and start work. Well, since we took 2 months off work, we don’t qualify! What a joke!

Maricela is so sweet and kind. She made my application process so smooth. The apartment is gorgeous and upgraded with black appliances, nice modern ceiling fans, new floors love the vanity sink and more. The fireplace is a great added touch and so far everything works. I love it

We did not get our $300 pet deposit back. It is missing from our move out statement completely.
