If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It was all butterflies when I first moved in 2022… now that I have renewed my lease, it has been the absolute worst place I’ve ever lived in my life. When we had the snow storm in the beginning of the year, we were WITHOUT hot water for at least a month and a half, maybe two. I called the city and NOTHING happened. It was cold & I had to bathe in COLD water. I even called corporate and they didn’t answer. I left a voicemail & I am STILL waiting on them to return my call. It is SEPTEMBER. When everything was fixed they ONLY offered a free water bill for ONE month. Ok thats over. Now I’ve been waking up to no water AT ALL IN THE MORNING for the past month. Like you cant send an email out. But you can send an email for a remaining balance on my account. They do NOT care about you. They want ONLY your money.

Very kind management staff. Helped me out over the last couple months with a move to a new unit. Work orders get done super fast. I will add that these newly remodeled units are very classy. 10/10 would highly recommend. Thank you.

DONT MOVE HERE! This is by far the worst apartment you’ll have kids throwing rocks at your car. You’ll have paper thin walls so be ready to hear arguments. You’ll have your water cut off out of no where mid shower. Electric will the turned off and be prepared for 2 days with no electric.

I have lived here for over 10 years, and it has been a pleasure. The Property Management team has been outstanding and very responsive in dealing with any and all issues.

This place not the world's best. The laundry room most the the Machines are broke and there is not alot. You have to blow up the phone to fix stuff in the apt. Then it's have way done. You fight over parking. The walls are thin you get to hear stuff you don't want to. And the Ac all Connected so you smell others cigarette smoke or food cooking.

The apartment staff and maintenance are probably some of the best people I've ever dealt with friendly kind and fast

Overflowing trash dumpsters, unsupervised children creating mischief, animals at large, loud music, abandoned vehicles and other chaos await the new, prospective tenant!

This low-class enclave of renters sits in the heart of an otherwise upscale North Dallas neighborhood.
