These cakes are delicious and very well made.i got my last 3 birthday birthday cakes from here and they’ve been amazing since the start. Very beautiful and love the detail.

Terrible service! This bakery not only failed to respond to multiple messages and calls but also managed to completely botch my cake order. What I received was nothing close to what I requested, and the lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere unless you enjoy disappointment and unmet expectations.
They had previously made a wonderful cake for my daughter’s 6th birthday but completely missed the mark on my husband’s cake. I had asked for a peach emoji. If one is not sure, then please contact the customer. Otherwise please warn the customer and let them know. The night before delivery I had even asked for a picture. No response. Very very disappointing. I had expected better communication.

I have to say that Pretty Baked is a great description of the Cake that I purchased for my wifes Birthday Celebration. The Cake was simply very delicious and moist. The first time you open the box to veiw the cake is impressive. Everyone was wowed by the Cake design and how yummy it was.

All around great experience, from the delicious cakes, to the wonderful customer service.

Wowza! I ordered a mini 30 for my daughters birthday. The cake was fantastic! We did the funfetti with cream cheese! Everyone loved it. The cake was decorated to perfection and looked even better than the photos!

Beautiful and delicious cake and cupcakes helped make our event special and memorable. The attention to detail and decorations were amazing, would definitely recommend!

Cake was 10/10. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was the lack of communication. I called several times and left several voicemails and even sent a text however, I didn’t any response until the day of pick up.

Poor communication for a high priced product. Molly is not a good business owner she took over a week to answer me took my money and did not provide a cake. I’m so disappointed really left me hanging and scrambling to get a cake for my sons 1st birthday. I will never use her again.

I gifted it to a friend who lives in Texas.
Even though I ordered it in Korea, it was a good gift because I was contacted carefully and quickly by email.
My friend and her family were all delighted and it was a great experience. Although the delivery was delayed by a day due to contact problems, we are very, very satisfied.

I ordered a Pretty Baked cakes for my birthday and the cakes were absolutely beautiful! My guest were blown away by them. I ordered a number 4 and 0. Not only is it beautifully made but taste AMAZING! Highly recommend for your next event!

PRETTY BAKED! I loved my cake. My cake actually stole my spotlight. When it was time to wish me a HAPPY 50th BIRTHDAY and the PRETTY BAKED CAKE was revealed, all eyes were on the cake. I received so many compliments about how unique (exactly what I was going for) the cake was and delicious. The cake tasted just as amazing as it looked. My mom wants one for her 70th. So, I will see you soon.
