The staff and doctor give 5 star service. The office, waiting room very clean, cool air. The young lady at front Kaitlynn was very kind, helpful and courteous as was the nurse taking vitals and doctor.

We have unfortunately had to visit this urgent care twice in 2 mths for both of my children (different reasons!) and PA Sarah Groce has been fantastic both times! Thorough, kind and patient. Triage nurses very sweet as well which helped my kids feel at ease. There were a couple insurance/prescription coverage issues that they were happy to help me work through. It feels wonderful to know we can always count on this clinic and their easy online scheduling if we ever have an urgent medical need again. Thank you PrimaCare!

Quick service and a very friendly and helpful staff. No issues using my V. A.insurance that the Urgent Care facility down the street was having so many issues with. The Dr was easy to talk to and helped get me back on my feet.

Sarah Valor was absolutely great & caring. I got in a wreck this morning and she made sure to check me out from head to toe. She answered all my questions and even stuck around a moment to make sure I didn’t forget any.

I took my grandson in for what turned out to be influenza. The staff was prompt, kind and competent, I couldn’t ask for more. Many thanks!

All staff members have excellent service. The Receptionist and Nurse were very courteous. The PA was super. She noticed my eye issue as soon as i walked in the door. She took her time explaining my problem and complication as a result and then provided a script for me to follow-up with my pharmacy.

Staff is very nice and professional! PA-C Vivekananthan listened to me and did a great job with treatment plan for my asthma attack. Thank you Katlyn, Lavelle, and Vivekananthan for being awesome. Definitely recommend this PrimaCare!

The staff here is wonderful. I'm a service connected disabled Veteran and the Mission Act listed this facility for my simple needs. I am truly grateful for the program and this place. Definitely referring everyone here.

Long wait as a walkin. PA is very good and competent. Recommend a second provider to cover heavy patient load periods.

I loved the atmosphere and how quickly they were able to provide care for my daughter who was at the time suffering from a upper respiratory infection. I really appreciate the one on one care that Dr Viari provided us as a family definitely a thumbs up
