PrimaCare Abrams has the friendliest most caring staff around. Very professional and efficient. I make a point to schedule appointments on Wednesday for the chance to be with Michell. She is the type person to make a visit to the doctor a pleasure, she is the Greatest. Thank You Michell

Great clinic. They are fast paper work is done on your own phone. And they accepted my amerigroup medicaid with 0 copay!

I love this primacare because they treat you with the upmost respect. It starts with you simply asking the helpful young lady Katrina to check you in. Katrina is always going above and beyond to assist you with any questions about your visit. Then you get called in by either Mitchelle or Danielle. Mitchelle should really be a doctor, she is the best, always making you laugh making you actually forget the pain. Then you have Danielle who is very nice and ready to learn new things and regular clients. Now PA Lakisha is the best girl doc ever, she makes you feel completely comfortable as if she were your good friend. I have recommended so many ppl and I will continue to do so as long as they have the same employees. YOU GUYS ARE WAYYY BETTER THAN THE ACTUAL TRIP TO THE ER. Perfect service all the way man!

I was feeling sick and decided to get a rapid test. Made a appointment online. They got me in no problem. I unfortunately tested positive for covid. They did a swab test but never took my temperature, which I thought was very old. Days later I was trying to get a z pack or steroids (per another doctor suggestion) cause I was pretty sick. I called them to see if they could call me in some meds since they diagnosed me. They actually wanted me to come back in knowing I was covid POSITIVE. They told me just to wear a mask. I couldn’t believe it. I of course would never do that and put other people at risk. Needless to say, I will never go back to this clinic.

Everybody was very nice and I felt like they really listened to me. I will definitely be going here from now on.

The level of unprofessionalism from the front desk lady coughing all over the place was far worse than my ghout pain. With that being said we left.

I visited PrimaCare an hour before closing. I was brought back and seen by a nurse in about 20 minutes and shortly after was seen by a nurse practitioner. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I have been coming here for awhile now. I always have great experience. People are always nice. I think people get upset about waiting. Well I think if you are injured it’s gonna seem longer. I will continue to come! Thank you so much.

Very quick and great service. I booked an appointment ahead of time and was seen at appointment time. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

PA was friendly and attentive. She asked several questions that Dr. Nguyen was able to arrive at an accurate diagnosis quicker. The wait was very reasonable even though there were 4 people ahead of me.

Dr. Whitehead is very professional and really cares about his patients well-being as well as his staff. I highly recommend this facility this is my 2nd visit.

All of the staff was nice and accommodating, but they were short-staffed that day which caused my appointment to be pushed back an hour. Their customer service is super great, I had a representative talk to me in-person about the wait. I'd go back

I call before to make sure I see Dr. Carroll, he is an amazing doctor and always listens to all of my concerns and gives me the best care. I wish there were more doctor like him. The staff was great as well like always!
