From start to finish, Prime AC and Heat was incredibly professional, helpful, and transparent. We utilized their services over the summer for an AC repair and signed up for their maintenance services because the cost was so reasonable and thank goodness we did because when they returned for the winter maintenance they discovered major issues with our furnace and additionally discovered an unrelated pinhole leak in our nearby gas line. Within 3 business days of the discovery the team had completely replaced our entire duct system, furnace, and AC compressor. The team spent over 12 hours in our home to ensure the entire job was done and done well before the holiday. They were also very transparent along the way about pricing and our budget, offered generous financing options, and did not have the “hard sell” on the premium services as we’ve experienced with other contractors. I cannot sing their praises enough.

I’ll add that with the pinhole gas leak, thanks to the Prime worker we were able to tell the gas company exactly where the leak was and limited our cost to just a repair and no diagnostics or major gas permitting fees. Thank you, Prime. Above and beyond.

Being a very detail oriented person, I interviewed 5 different A/C companies before I selected Prime AC and Heat. I found Brett, the system designer to be very knowledgeable, detailed in his specifications and design, considered all facets of his design including aesthetics, and provided constant follow up to earn my business. When installation day 1 arrived the GM Jose and his team lead by Juan worked efficiently to ensure that all the details of a great installation were carefully executed. Day 2 brought the owner George to the project to oversee the start up and final inspection. This was a big job of approximately 150 man hours and I can say that I have never seen such a hard working crew that took their time to get it right. It is rare that a company does not ask for payment in full until you are completely satisfied with the job but Prime AC and Heat is one of them. If your looking for a high performance system, attention to details and a fair price then give Prime a call.

Prime AC & Heat did a great job installing our new Amana S-Series HVAC system and duct work. Joe and his crew were on time and professional. We were kept informed of the progress and the estimated time of the work was consistent with the completion of the job. The customer service was excellent and from the initial consultation with Brett all our questions were answered, and they went above and beyond by bringing a demo unit out to the house to show us prior to our commitment. We already notice a difference in airflow. Only time will tell in regard to future and overall performance.

It was Saturday PM & my AC wasn't cooling. Prime was booked until Monday AM, so I claimed that slot. 30 min later, Joe from Prime called & offered to come by in 45 mins. (!) Yes, please! Joe sent a text, with his picture (!) confirming the appt. He arrived on time, diagnosed & cured the problem in 30 mins. THANX, JOE! And Thank you, Prime!

Carlton was the service man that came to service my new HVAc system. He explained whatwas done and showed pictures of what was checked. Polite, call when he was on the way. Replaced
my filters. He wore shoe covers. He is a great representative for your company.
