The owner is not the man he use to be, he is selling cars with problems at the customer expense. Will, I refer anyone else never again! The owner still hasn't giving me a invoice for the repairs he say he did? It's now Dec. 2,2019 months later.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!
NO TITTLE! NO LICENSE PLATES! CAR PAID OFF!

These people are UNORGANIZED! They LOST our car title! ITS BEEN A MONTH since they’ve been “trying” to get our tittle and the issue has not been resolved! We haven’t even received our license plates! The CAR IS PAID OFF! I’ve called every day and it’s the same answer and no resolution, they promised me it would be resolved and nothing!
We SIGNED THE CONTRACT IN NOVEMBER and they can’t solve this! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They give out the cars with half the lights on!

SOLD US A CAR WITH NO TITLE. WONT ANSWER MY CALLS.
Bought a car from this dealer. Dereck is very nice and genuine. Or so we thought. He sold us a 2015 Chevy equinox. When we got the car, he told us we’d get the real plates and gave us the date to that. When we went to get them, they didn’t have them yet and asked us to wait. No problem, delays happen.
We waited and the paper ones expired again. This time they didn’t ask us to bring in the car to get paper ones. They just kept telling us that they didn’t have the plates for us. We were driving with expired plates. We told them we needed at least paper ones and they said they’ll see what they can do. Nothing. We had to drive there to talk to them for them to give us paper ones. They sold us a car with no title. “Lost” as they claim. They said it was lost and they need to get it replaced. “Process will take 8-10days” a whole month (after we already waited 3 months) passes by and they don’t even check in with us as to where we stand. My husband and I call them and they tell us the same story about how it’s lost and they need to file for a new one. “I’ll talk to my boss to see if we can expedite it”. Shouldn’t you have done that after the 10 days you said it would take? I mean. We’re in MAY2019. We finish paying the car this month, but they keep telling us no title. So what are we paying for? Dereck won’t even talk to me, he said under the law he’s only supposed to deal with my husband as only his name shows on the car. Dereck, you’re charging my card. You made the deal with me. But now you can’t talk to me? He’s my husband. Do talk to me. He keeps hanging up on me when I call. Telling me he’s not going to keep going around in circles and telling me what he already did. Well, maybe have an solution for me so we don’t keep having the same conversation? Idk. I’ve come to the conclusion that there was never a title and they sold us a car with no title. Which is illegal.
Now, I’m a customer and I bought a car from you. You shouldn’t be hanging up on me. I’m frustrated and so are you, but you don’t get to hang up on people who are paying for a car you sold them. That’s very unprofessional. And then not answer my calls because he has other customers to get to? Well, I’m a customer as well and I haven’t been given any attention. Maybe take care of the customers you already have.

The car need a lot of repairs and they said they would take care of it. Now they’re saying they’ll take care of it with a discounted rate. What about all the trouble we’ve had to go through because we decided to do business with you?

Very disappointed. Take your business else where.
